Edens
9 hours ago, Clousseau said: In addition to Ben, there's another local Henchman, which is me, based near Milton Keynes. I play at Wargames Workshop on a Monday evening, but am open to weekend gaming as well. Lots of new players around here so may be organising a beginners event in MK soon. That sounds ideal. I already travel to MK regularly for Xwing events so know it well. Please keep me posted for some local events or if you wanted to meet up I have a dedicated hobby room setup just PM me! PanzerHarris
Just a quick word of advice for anyone planning on coming by public transport - closest train station is Long Buckby, which is 10 minutes away. Don't aim for Northampton because that will leave you half an hour away! Taxi from Long Buckby to the venue is about £14. Battlefield Hobbies is on an out of town industrial estate so buses would be... Problematic.
mattwhile
I would like to attend. I have only played a couple of games so am very new. I have a painted Seamus boxset (painted by the GonkMachine) and have just painted up Killjoy to hopefully have enough points to play. Will send payment through now. Edit: Payment sent. Looking forward to meeting you all on Saturday! If anybody has any transport questions please let me know....there are bus routes but the closest stop is 500 metres away! I have some spare Ressers models you can borrow to make up the points and give some flexibility. Necropunks are my recommendation.
Joel
I'll be declaring Viktoria for this event now. Thomas is now having to drop out - a scouts event has cropped up which he must attend

Clousseau
Hello all I've been up at the venue today and we have 12 tables set up, with 2 people bringing terrain we'll be well sorted with a spare table. There is plenty of space between boards, plus space (and sofas) to socialise between games. Please remember to bring your 70SS pool list with you (2 copies would be best). Hand them in at registration and I'll check them during round 1. The ring road to the South of Daventry is closed, so if you are coming from the East then either drive through the town centre (straight on is easy, follow sign for Coventry on the way out of the town), or turn right and go North of the town. There should be space to park at the front of the store, but if you do park around the back please still enter the store through the main entrance. We are in the War Room which is at the back of the venue. Please make your way through to registration when you arrive - I'd like to get things moving early for reasons I'll explain in the morning. Not much Malifaux stock beyond crew boxes, but I believe new stock is due during the day. Finally I look forward to seeing you all and having a great day's gaming. Oh, and don't forget your lunch. Wake of Godzilla
Wanted to say thanks to David for an awesome event, wonderful new venue and tons of fun. Thanks to Ross, Steve (Slatch) and Tony for 3 great games and tolerating the huge amount dice and condition counters that Shenlong requires to follow him about. Really looking forward to the next event. TT - totally OP.
Reservoir Dog
Really enjoyed my first Malifaux tournament so thanks to the organisers and my 3 opponents. I'll definitely be going to Haul of Eggs and would recommend it to anyone.
