"Til Gran Kythera Dow" (Chronicle 3) is a prologue to stuff in the first edition rulebook. "There's Something About Molly" (Chronicle 7) has Molly breaking free from Seamus and becoming a Master, so is set before Crossroads (or maybe M2E depending on how you see it), but doesn't directly tie into anything. There are also a few origin stories that would be set before that model first appears, but again they don't directly tie into any other stories. Most can't be placed chronologically at all.
