SurreyLee
Okay, most Neverborn players will own more than one Teddy right? I'm currently at 4....why, well they are ace models and fun to paint. Since M2e came out however we can now run as many as we like. I've yet to field more than one. Has anyone ever fielded more than one? If so when, what was the rest of the crew composition like etc. Interested to know also whether 3 Teddies and Kade pinging them about is a valid tactic. Seems like fun albeit limiting.
Mason
I've played a match against the Dreamer and four Teddies. It was actually pretty brutal. Their Terrifying made them difficult to put down, all the wounds and healing made them tough to put down, and the Dreamer just added extra annoyance (and attacks) on top of things.
D_acolyte
I have 3 and I have used or summoned to have a total of 2 at once a few time. It is very similar to using a teddy and Nekima together, aka ALL YOUR MODELS ARE DEAD MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! very potent for steam rolling a small crew especially with the Dreamer there to heal them or give them support. Eclipse
I was in a tournament this summer where a player came with the Dreamer and three Teddies (we had a 100 SS minus summoned models restriction). It looked really fun... for him. In the end he achieved a good result, three Teddies are not to be trifled with. Ironically, the other NB players in my group had trouble using Teddy for a long time as it would get killed straight up on Turn 1. Finally it seems they aren't throwing it in the embrace of Johan and the like straight away, I'm glad to see their progress
Vlad
I'm planning to field such a crew (I call it Flyng Circus):Dreamer+ Restless Dreams+ Tantrum+ OtherwordlyDaydream x2Coppelius+ On Wings of DarknessWidow Weaver+ On Dreaming WingsTeddy & Miss Ery I don't know how it would be in real action but without plastic Stitched Together I can just hire all my Nightmares and see what will happen. Nical
If you play Dreamer, you must have 2 or more Teddies and you may play them all. But If you doesn't play Dreamer, you need only one.
kikiKARMA
I've had great success fielding 2 Teddys with Baby Kade... Omg shenanigans with movement.
Philosfr
I don't think I've ever hired more than one. They are fun models, but we have so many other expensive fun models to bring. I rarely bring multiple of anything in most of my lists for that reason. If I have Widow Weaver and Handbag though, I'll always make sure I have at least one spare teddy with for summoning. I still haven't picked up the new plastic teddy, but I have an old metal teddy, a nightmare teddy and two Miss Ery's for when I need them. daniello_s
I was thinking about buying Dreamer and two Teddies for him to run this nice summoning list:Dreamer (5SS pool) - Dreams of Pain, On Dreaming Wings, OtherwordlyBaby Kade - DepressionCoppelius2x Teddy Kade is nice bodyguard for Dreamer, Teddies as another beatsticks and Coppelius + Dreamer as summoners. solkan
I've got two teddies from GenCon purchases, and they've been fun enough playing with Baby Kade and the other assorted Neverborn I have, without even having the Dream box set yet.But I think you get bonus points if you have different versions of the Teddy model for each of your teddies.
