MasterDisaster Posted May 28, 2015 Report Share Posted May 28, 2015 No Chompy cannot be upgraded as he is summoned during the course of the game. He is not in the crew during the hiring step so he cannot purchase upgrades. Restless Dreams is a Dreamer Limited upgrade which is attached to Dreamer, the Inflict Dreams part of the upgrade is in effect whilst Dreamer is carrying the upgrade and is also buried, it just so happens the effects of this upgrade affect Chompy whilst he's out and about. Chompy cannot inherit the Dreamers upgrades he just benefits from Restless Dreams as it's designed to give the Dreamer a more Chompy based focus rather than a Summoning focus.
