Bengt
Yeah sh5 isn't going to worry her much if she has any cards. Played a game recently where a glowy fast pigapult shot at her 4 times on turn 1. 16" of free movement thank you very much. You can't glowy a pigapult, it's a Peon. MasterDisaster
That Sh 5 won't hit Pandora With a built in and the Precision Trigger available it's usually at least Sh 6, if you don't need Precision and you actually manage to hit her then you have Headshot (if in range) or Critical Strike to really work her over. Also with the Attack flip baked in you get a decent chance of flipping something half decent. That Wp 7 only goes so far. Perdita has Df and Wp 7 and I've seen her melt to sustained attack more times that I can count.
Patzer
How does the Precision trigger work?
MasterDisaster
For every in the final duel total you immediately increase the final duel total by +1.
Patzer
So he can become Sh 7 with another ram, Focus to get to 36", and have + on damage. That is something you need to look out for!
Nical
Neverborn's answer is simple. Not only Pandora crew can reduce Wp. And low Wp Pandora is a fair game. And even Wp -1 can be dangerous for her.

Pushing towards him is also not a great idea, the closer you get the higher the chances of him dropping your ass with his Headshot trigger is and that is something Pandora doesn't want to deal with. Even the discarding Cards or SS to prevent instant death is a royal pain given how dependent on those resources Pandora can be.

NeilH
I've never faced Nino, I had no issue leaving her out in the open to be shot at by a pigapult with me having a good hand. I'd just stay out of LoS against any true killer.
MasterDisaster
Wow, a Nino praise thread? I never thought I'd see the day. I think he's pretty good. He's no Hans but he's not a bad model. I just wish he was 6ss rather than 7ss, then I think he'd get more love. He's useful just not as often as I'd like.

He just gets a lot of scorn on the forums. Perhaps because he is compared to Franc?

NeilH
Just looked at his card and I have to say he has nothing to really worry Pandora though. The headshot trigger would only be a worry if he hit severe damage, especially if she's rolling with aether connection for a 2/3/4 prevention flip. MasterDisaster
Oh he's nothing ground breaking or crazy OP but he can happily harass her from halfway across the board. Still for each SS she wasted on Nino thats one less for extra cards, initiative flips ect.

jonahmaul
I would think the potential is more of a problem that it ever actually happening. I however suck with both Hans and Nino and get them killed far too easily!
Patzer
I would hire Nino just for the Spotter ability, in the right circumstances that is. Nical hit the nail on its head. Getting Pandora's WP down or getting her on negatives is a very potent strategy against her. Same goes for buffing your own stuff. Oirans are mercs.
