hippodruid
When: November 1, 2014 to December 5, 2014 Where: Gauntlet Games, 3231 S 13th Street, Lincoln, NE What: A casual achievement league leading into a casual tournament. One game per week is required, but up to two may be played for league credit. Players will earn League Points by completing achievements and playing games. League Points will be used for deliciously devilish fun in the tournament following the league. A Few Rules: Factions are not fixed. Play whatever you like, whenever you like. Hiring restrictions are still in effect. Game size is not fixed. Games can be of any size. Players may freely participate in handicap matches if they so choose. There are no ties. Any game that would end in a tie is decided by Slap-fight. A Slap-fight is performed between two models which will be provided each week. The models will be placed in base contact, respecting all terrain rules on the table. Figure out where amongst yourselves. Players will remove both Jokers from their Fate Decks and shuffle. No Control Hand is drawn. Initiative will go to the player who removes both Jokers first. The two models then take turns activating until only one is left standing. The list of Slap-fight models is as follows: 11/1/14 - 11/7/14: Wastrels 11/8/14 - 11/14/14: Bayou Gremlins 11/15/14 - 11/21/14: Night Terrors 11/22/14 - 11/28/14: Gupps 11/29/14 - 12/5/14: Void Wretches Opponents must sign off on achievements. Your opponent must sign off on your achievements for each game you play. No signature = no League Points! One game per week is mandatory. These games will be assigned ahead of time. Failure to play the assigned game means everyone loses; no League Points may be earned for the week, even from non-assigned games. The games can be scheduled for a later or earlier time, if needed. Have fun! Really, this isn't that serious. There's a rule that involves slap-fighting. Pay to Play: The entry fee is $5, payable to Gauntlet Games. The fee is due before December 6, 2014.
