I remember someone doing several test orders and working out all the breaks on a spread sheet last year. Last year 2 orders of just over $100 (2 x Crew boxes) cost me $10 each to ship to the uk. And it takes between 1 and 2 weeks to get eevrythign shipped. First arrivals are a few days after the first shipping, btu it is normal for about a week to get to the Uk. Her original crew was meant to be later in wave 2 anyway, but she'll have been brought forward as far as possible.
