Justin Posted May 23, 2014 Report Share Posted May 23, 2014 There have been a couple of issues lately in the forums, and in order to curtail those and make the forums a friendlier, happier place we have been discussing a new system of moderating. This is now in place, and goes as follows: Offensive, insulting or aggressive posts will not be tolerated. Nor will a repeated track record of being rude, unhelpful and dismissive of people. If you are deemed by the moderators to be causing problems on the forum, you will receive a warning with increasing penalties each time you are warned: 1st warning - 7 day moderation 2nd warning - 30 day moderation 3rd warning - 7 days moderation 3 days no-posting 4th warning - 21 days moderation 14 days no-posting 5th warning - 44 days moderation 30 days no-posting After this, you will be permanently banned. We also reserve the right to increase penalties where necessary. Moderation means every post you make will be subject to approval by us before it becomes visible, so it is wise to think carefully about how your posts will appear to others, and whether you are adding something positive to the forum, before you post. If you repeatedly have posts refused while on moderation, you may be warned again, with the new penalty applying.
