Bengt
There are lizards and snakes in the Jungle Swarms for Games Workshop Lizardmen. http://www.games-workshop.com/en-SE/Lizardmen-Jungle-Swarms
Omenbringer
You can also look at Reaper Minis. Their "familiars" packs have those as well. Here are the links; Lizard Turtle and Turtle I seem to recall they have a normal frog and snake as well but couldn't find it. The Warhammer Fantasy Lizardman Swarm sprue suggested above though should fit the bill very well.
flindo
the terradons box set comes with a normal frog, could probably find the bitz for it fairly cheap.
MasterDisaster
What about these guys? http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer/Warhammer_Monsters/ARCANE_FROGS.html
CannibalBob
Reaper makes exactly what you want in one of their familiar packs, but you can order them individually for about $0.50 each. You have to search their store for "toad" to find them as they don't come up under the search results for Frogs. I bought a ton of these a while back for embellishing the bases of various swamp-themed projects I have. They are really nice. Here is a link to them: http://www.reapermini.com/OnlineStore/toad/sku-down/P02593F As you can see in the picture on Reaper's site, these are about 1cm in diameter, so they are small little guys.
