Is the War Rooster still a War Pig or is it a Rooster Rider now?

If I place the War Rooster on a 40mm base, can I use it as a Rooster Rider?

In friendly games you almost definitely could. "Officially" it's still an alt Warpig (since that's the card that came witgh it and it's normally on a 50mm base). But base size aside, people are probably more likely to mistake it for a Rooster Rider than a Warpig anyway. 

 

In a more structured setting (ie. tournaments), you'd just have to ask the organiser.
