The Dragon’s Hoard, located in beautiful Hackettstown, NJ, is proud to sponsor its 1st Malifaux 3rd Edition Tournament of the ReRoaring ‘20s “Put your ‘Faux where your game is! ”, which will be held: Sunday, the 23rd of February 2020. We will begin signups at 10:30am, with games starting at 11am, sharp. The tournament will have a $10 entry fee. The tournament will be 3, 2 hr and 15 min rounds. Single Faction, using GG0, Strategy and Schemes, with pools announced at the beginning of each round. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, as well as a raffle for those which did not place. 5 tickets will be given to those players that sign up before February 15th. Hello My name is Matt McClanahan but they call me Black Matt in the 40k blogosphere. I am new to malifaux but I have already fallen in love. I've bought several sets of base inserts, 5 starter crews, a couple of fate decks, and the new rules manual. In case I didn't mention it, I love the minis in this range. Do I love the game, I dunno. I've never seen a game played. That's were I was wondering if their was anyone in the nyc metro area who knew how to play and would be willing to go through a few games with myself and some of my people. Better yet, is there a henchman in the new York city metro area. I am willing to travel a moderate distance to learn to play. Thanks to anyone who can lend a hand.

BKFaux Presents: GoProFaux! A 32-player 3 Round Malifaux Tournament & Fundraising Raffle in Brooklyn, New York - July 16th 2016. Why the bizarre name? And without a pun, no less? As the Malifaux community in the NYC tri-state area continues to grow, I would like to strike while the iron is hot and continue to build our community and provide a top-tier gaming experience. Live-streaming and video battle reports are amazing ways to spread the word and share Malifaux experiences via social media, and in concert with Nu Brand Gaming, we plan to give this power to the people - not to mention live-streaming the top tables at future BKFaux events! We plan to set up a full streaming/recording apparatus, with two-cameras, one top-down view of the table and second close up to show card flips. Generous donations of some equipment has already been made by club members, but we need significant additional funds to complete the set up. Therefor the focus of this event will be a large raffle - with 10 tickets given to you with your entry fee, additional tickets available for purchase, and a few extra tickets awarded for success in the tournament. We will be raffling off the full contents of a 32-player tournament kit, addition guilders, limited edition figures, and even a top-quality fully painted crew! But we'd also beseech players to reach into the back of their own closets, dust off figures they never plan to use, and donate them as well. Every penny raised will be immediately put right back into the community by investing in the streaming set up! Tickets are $15 in advance through 7/9 - purchase by sending $15 per player to BrooklynMalifaux@gmail.com After 7/9, tickets will be $20 and can be purchased via PayPal to the address above or cash at the door. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased via cash or paypal on the day of - simply $1 per ticket. Schedule: 9:00am - doors open 9:30am - Sign up - Please arrive by 9:30am! A small group of casual Malifaux players in the Capital District are starting up a weekly playtime at local game store on Thursday evenings after 5. The last Thursday of the month will be a $5 buy-in tournament style game. Winner gets a gift card of the total for use at the store. We are also thinking about running a campaign the rest of the month. So if you live in or around the Capital District Area near Albany, NY, and are interested, send me a post, I'll give you all the details.

SAVE THE DATE! BKFaux III will be on October 17th! Once again we will be hosted by Nu Brand Gaming, a private tabletop wargaming venue in Brooklyn, NY. The last event SOLD OUT and was fully attended at 24 players. This time we are going to build more tables and expand to 30 players! Also going for more terrain and more trophies! I will once again give out an early bird discount to get sales rolling, and the full rules and details will be published when tickets go on sale. Keep your eyes peeled for when tickets go on sale, likely around mid-July.

Hello http://www.JupiterGamesonline.com is hosting a Malifaux beginners day followed a week later by a beginner friendly tournament. On June 24th we will be Demoing game mechanics, painting, story fluff, and army building concepts for new players! i myself will be showing off my guild crews! All beginners and patient veterans are welcome! To follow up on this a week later on July 1st we are having a beginners tournament. 25 point crews and beginner friendly lists are welcome... for this reason we are also asking that people leave the Dreamer and Lord Chompy bits at home.
