My first post here but I've been scrolling through for a bit. I know it's a little past the holiday season now but finally found the time to finishing this up. Thought it's be cool to make The Old Ways... Of Christmas! Also sleeved up a matching fate deck, made some scheme markers, and made some ice pillars to go with the crew. I liked the thought of the giants jumping outa boxes or shoving other people in them with Thoon and yeeting them across the table. haha I was maybe going to turn a Boltungin into Rudolph too. Any idea what to do with the Geryon when they come out? Was thinking either painting them up as a piece of fruit cake or a glob of eggnog lol.
It’s a Malifaux Christmas (or other seasonally-appropriate holiday of your choice)! As part of the 2018 Atlanta Tabletop Reindeer Games, we’re presenting a three-round Christmas (etc.)-themed holiday Story Encounter on Saturday, December 9. Bring a 40-Soulstone Crew and play as many rounds as you like – participating in all three rounds makes you eligible for some special swag from Wyrd Games, but everyone’s a winner! Entry to the Reindeer Games requires either a $5 donation or an unwrapped toy; there is an additional $15 donation for the Malifaux tournament. All donations will be going to Toys for Tots. In addition to the Malifaux, there will be events for Warmachine/Hordes, Magic the Gathering, Hearthstone, a painting competition, painting classes, prize raffles, plenty of tabletops for open gaming, and much more! Not to mention food (while it lasts!). Come have fun, play games, give to a great cause, and help make sure everyone gets to have a merry Christmas (etc.)! Location The Wasteland Gaming 3700 Satellite Blvd, Ste 7B Duluth, Georgia 30096 Schedule Round 1 – 11:00-1:00 Round 2 – 1:30-3:30 Round 3 – 4:00-6:00
3 round Swiss holiday themed tournament Sunday December 9th, 2012 starting at 12p Players will predetermine there master before starting the first round. Everyone can bring a pool of up to 60ss worth of miniatures to select from for there games. Each game will be played at 35ss. If a player can't or chooses not to bring the full 60ss pool that is ok as long as they meet the 35ss play level for there games. During play players will not be able to reuse the same schemes game to game. Use them one time only during the tournament. The games themselves will be holiday themed. The gaining ground score system will be used to determine placements. I encourage painted crews. Also players should bring all there own supplies aka fate deck, tape measure, tokens/counters, rule book.
