Oh cool, puts the Doppelganger up a bit in my estimation

Is that how it works? My local TO and everyone I play with tell me that it only takes the attack, that the modifier/suit is part of the stat

So the Guild Hounds, they're Mindless which means "they're treated as activated when summoned this turn" and when they attach the On Patrol upgrade from being summoned by Dashel they gain slow. Does that mean the slow ends as they are treated as activated?
