Isn't Big Hat, as a crew that likes to Summon fragile models, kinda bad in this one?

I think Big hat could do OK in this strat. Despite the summoner nerfs, bayou gremlins still have insignificant, so I assume they cant have any curse markers on them once they are summoned.

I can see one being useful in a Mah crew to extend pit traps

Interesting. Also the area surrounding the skulker is considered having the same trait, but still does not count as pit trap. If, say, Bo Peep hurl another model into a pit trap AND within skulkers aura, that model should then suffer 2 wounds and 2+ injured?

  4. I do not have first hand experience with Brewmaster, but Schemes and Stones did a "list building on a budget" thing about a year ago, which I think you may find useful.

Getting the fermented river monks seems like a solid investment though.

  5. The way I have played him, I will use all of Ulix actions to grow pigs into warpigs. I always hire two piglets, and hire the sow to summon more piglets to grow. The aim is to end up with warpigs starting their activation within the majors aura, so that they can benefit from built in rams and positives to damage flips. All pigs must declare triggers, and they are not always very useful. Built in rams therefore allows pigs to heal in melee (which is always useful due to stampede and reckless) instead of facing the risk of ending up in a poor position (or ending their activation from «lie down and nap»(Gracie, sqealers and piglets)) due to triggers like rampage. When playing pigs, dont forget using the stampede ability, as multiple instances of pinging 1 damage will easily bring enemy models to low number of wounds, while pigs have multiple heal options (Ulix, slop haulers, tear of a bite).

  6. Are friendly models unaffected by original pit traps in addition to scrap markers that now count as pit traps? When they refer to "these pit traps", do the "(visa versa)" include the pit traps that are now also counted as scrap? Can I "ride the rails" from a scrap marker into base contact with a pit trap marker (within 6" of Sparks) without suffering 1 damage and 1 injured?

Totally!  This is a good idea to make mini war pig look a little bit bigger (I still can't believe that they did such an obvious sizing mistake). I like your pigs too (just a little bit more contrast could have bring more depth, but pinky pigs are always winners 😀 - if you want to try, just glaze a magenta toward the recess, it will do wonder for just a little bit of work).

Thank you for your feedback SEV! I will give magenta glazing a try, as long as it doesn't appear glossy afterwards.
