  1. Nice! Thanks for answering my questions, but i have More questions for kirai 2: Which one is correct for her revenge: 1. ...Suffer a neg to Wp duels. Suffer a neg to actions targeting this model Or 2. ... Suffer a neg to wp duels targeting this model. Suffer a neg to actions targeting this model. As if it's the first, then it means it will affect the join us wp duels Then with join us, if a model hasn't failed to pass their Wp duel, and was moved through with multiple models, does it mean it has to take multiple Wp duels until it fails, or it just take one? and what counts as "moved through"? how much portion of the enemy model's base counts as being moved through? does it include a walk action as well?
  2. got it. so it's basically treated the same as usual. just a bit of clarification for the no interacting rules tho, they cannot interact to strategy at all right? but they can still interact to schemes like normal after the first turn?
  3. thanks for the reply. more questions about kirai 2 does "join us" requires kirai 2 to have LoS of the models that's moved through by urami? or LoS to the urami model? and what counts as "moved through"? how much portion of the enemy model's base counts as being moved through? does it include a walk action as well? and since there's no summon upgrade for join us, how does that work with summoning restrictions? it is still unable to interact and doesn't count for strategy and scheme on the turn they entered the battle right? while they completely cannot interact with strategy at all in GG3. is that correct? thank you
  4. can kirai toss X model healing ability (from regeneration for example) to Y model if it's full health? full wording: "when a friendly Urami model within 8" WOULD HEAL, this model may have any one Urami model within 8" Heal that amount instead" checked the timing, it said "would Heal", which is the step 2 of heal timing in page 25: 2. Would Heal – Resolve any effects that would happen if a model would Heal. If this would cause the model to no longer be Healed or the amount Healed is reduced to 0, skip any remain steps of this Timing Structure. as the effect of anchor to reality doesn't say the model to no longer be Healed or the amount healed is reduced to 0, that means it won't skip the remaining steps. next, the step that checks the maximum health of model X is in step 3: 3. Check Maximum Health – If the model is at its Maximum Health, it cannot be Healed and the Heal effect fails skipping steps 4-6 of this timing Structure. because AoR "have any one Urami model within 8" heal that amount", that means the target has changed to model Y in step 2, as such the health that is being checked in step 3 is model Y. therefore, according to my understanding, kirai should be able to toss it to model Y if it is not in maximum health. this is what i get from reading the rules and faq. because the example i've seen people used are chronicles and we are legion. but, chronicles wording are "after heal" which is step 6: 6. After Heal – Resolve any effects that would happen after a model Heals. while we are legion wording are "when...heals" which is step 4: 4. When Heal – Resolve any effects that would happen when a model Heals. If this would cause the model to no longer be Healed or the amount Healed is reduced to 0, skip any remain steps of this Timing Structure. so it makes sense for both of them don't work, as it's after the step 3. is my understanding correct?
  5. dead rider took quite a big hit, i guess it's to limit people taking it in 90% of the list? from 2/3/4 damage track to just 2 for the ultimate? it's a bit too much tbh. if it's 3 damage i can understand that (as it is the middle-ground) or they can just say it like goryo, damage track with a neg flip. Ikiryo having the summoned card means she's slow (tho she can just shrug it off) and kirai suffers a damage everytime she activates. it's an annoying nerf but thankfully not a big one. and i keep hearing that yan lo and prof schtook become useless now... feels bad because i just bought both of them during easter sale

Hi, just played seamus for the first time today. got into a discussion about his extra 1 AP action. where in the enemy table half i need to remove the corpse marker? can it be anywhere or it has to be within 2"? my confusion comes because usually they said anything with range with the word "within X inches". but at the same time if it can be anywhere the 2" written will be useless. been looking through the forum for this answer, but probably i'm too dumb to get confused on this. so might as well start a new thread. since it's a new thread anyway, anyone can tell me why archie and manos seems to be really good to take? i know people said leap is amazing, but i just can't figure out how to use it. even when i play molly, i can't seem to use archie in the right way, either he dies too soon or just leaping and doing nothing. also, i don't understand how to use rotten belle, doxy, and dandy. saw some threads said that those 3 are the better ones in REDCHAPEL, but they are just so slow at the back of my deployment. i hope i don't sound rude because english is not my first language. thanks!!

Hi! i'm a main kirai player and i've only played few recover evidence games so probably not gonna be a good advice, so take my strategy with a grain of salt. 1. i don't care about the marker on ikiryo since no matter what i do, both of us will eventually get the marker anyway. so I am letting them to drop ikiryo marker (but it's a different matter if they get interact with it) 2. like someone said above, 2 activation and ikiryo missile is very powerful (and a DISTRACTION). a big 50mm that deal 2/3/4 irreducible damage? they need to deal with it no matter what. if they don't kill it, she's having fun dealing damage on the other side (with my other crew catching up). or if they kill it, then i can summon another ikiryo + goryo almost in front of their face (kirai move, then summon a model WITHIN 6" not wholly within. with that 50 mm base, it adds up almost an extra 2"). 3. seishins and datsue ba moves everyone. i usually bring 2-3 seishins and datsue ba in the game. even with ikiryo just getting a boost twice, that's an extra 12 inches. then the rest of them can be used for the rest of the crew to catch up. 4. for all my game about recover evidence. yes, i drop most of my markers. but because my ghosts keep them in combat, they can't pick it up (so this can be useless against crew that can interact in engagement). so my key mindset in this game, I think dropping markers is very acceptable. no matter how you strategized about it, both of us will kill everyone with the marker anyway. it's just the matter of who, where, and when.

  11. hi fellow ressers, i finally start painting my pirate molly crew, and it's amazing. but i know nothing about molly crew. i heard ar'rrr'chie was a must-take but then it was nerfed. so, after the update, is there any change in molly's tactics and strategies? crew members, and etc. is appreciated thank you so much
  12. Thanks man, it's just kinda frustrates me that when I already planned on how to beat them, then I failed to even pass the first one (freakin misaki getting all the schemes and strats). Welp, i guess it shows that you should focus on everyone instead of being super careful about the top 2. I'm too overconfident
  13. Alright guys, the tournament is finished! This might be super disappointing for you all (it is for me!!!) After this awesome discussion, but i didn't manage to meet both of them since I got a draw in the first round, while they were winning till the 3rd round where they faced each other. (Spoiler, dreamer won) But! I'm not gonna let this wasted just like that, I'm planning to play casually with both of them some time later. Hopefully i can beat them with these advices

Some seems suggest to bring toshiro and ashigaru since they are tough, sadly i don't have them atm. only have a full urami except drowned from what I read it's kinda narrow it down to: (disclaimer: this simplified reminding text might be offensive for you amazing guys that spent time to write and help me, but so this is what I understand atm, need to keep reread their cards more) universal: the negate terrifying and ruthless upgrade. outmaneuver and outscheme them since they are slow but deadly. dreamer with high damage and pandora with annoying small bubble. DREAMER: -take out each of the list one by one. no.1 is daydream, the rest can be the hitter, but still one by one (chompy bits, widow, dreamer etc). PANDORA: -similarly, target the small weak monster one by one, starts from poltergeist then can be candy, baby, etc for my own: use more healing, focus, any buff to help my crew. Dive bomb ikiryo to slow down their unit, then just summon it later on. not sure about the list, since it's 40 SS, but it seems taking more seishin than normally is preferable for maneuver. Jaakuna might be a good annoyance for dreamer, but just stay away from pandora hopefully I manage to win or at least not lose one-sidedly, will give you update the day after. thank you so much guys!
  15. thanks guys for the response. there's so much information that I'm very grateful, so i'm going to take my time to absorb it. so far I don't know pandora's list very well, but the dreamer is going to bring 2-3 stitched together. I heard it's pretty nasty, how should I deal with them as well?
  16. Hi, in this weekend I'm gonna have a mini tournament in my area. I have a bit of concern to fight against dreamer and pandora, as they are one of the strongest player around with a crew that looks quite nasty. any idea what should I do to deal with them? what's the general tactica with kirai, as I don't have other crew except kirai (got every urami keyword except drowned). thanks

I think I can see why people think it's not active if the model died, because the trigger page said so while there's not much explanation for abilities. so it should be still active even though it's died (unless a faq say anything about that) because it's not stated in the rulebook rite?
  19. as the title says, I had an opponent that use soulstone to enhance the duel flip for attacking, and also said it add a positive flip to the damage flip. is it true?
  20. Hi, need a bit clarification about vengeance. does it happen when model with vengeance killed or not? I went to one LGS said yes the other said no, so it's getting confusing.
