  1. That's pretty much what I said with "Why can't you compare what models add to a crew in relation to their costs?" Anyways, what you are saying is, don't play Blessed of December in the December keyword, because he's overpriced for what he could do in the Beast keyword? Then please rename to "Blessed of Beast" and adjust keyword 🙂 🙂 (joking). On the other hand one could argue, in the beast keyword, you invest additional limited resources to improve the model. Same as you can attach an upgrade to the Mate so it can't be charged and has +1Sz.
  2. Why can't you compare what models add to a crew in relation to their costs? I don't get it. Of course different factions and keywords have different strengths and weaknesses and some abilities might be "more expensive" for some factions than others, but still it has to be possible to make a comparison among factions (Not saying you can assign values to abilities and add them up to get a price). Otherwise we could just value the mechanical rider at 9SS and say "well, that's just an Arcanist thing", you can't compare it to other riders. How else would you estimate whether a model is over or underpriced?
  3. I am aware that the models can't really be directly compared. But I think that costs should be comparable in some way. And I think there should be some attractiveness to keyword models. Playing two Diesel Swarms instead of Blessed and the Ice Golem just isn't fun 🙂 .
  4. Yesterday I came around to compare Blessed of December vs The First Mate. First mate is 9SS and Blessed is 8SS. For one stone more you get the following deal: You loose: -1Df Built in leap suit -1 moderate and severe damage Onslaught trigger Hard to Wound Eat your fill Deadly Pursuit Grim Feast But you gain: +1 Mv Built in crit strike trigger (resulting in a stronger damage track actually) Eat a scheme marker in 3" and draw a card Draw card when scheme marker removed (combined with above, draw 2 cards for an enemy scheme marker) Butterfly jump Deal out Distracted Slow trigger Stealth Draw card when cheated Gain fast when approached Sudden strike trigger Leap +3 stat Henchman Swampfiend synergies (while the Blessed has no December synergies, besides being pushed by Snow Storm's Ice Tornado) I feel like a 1SS difference is just not enough here 🙂 If you could pick between those two, would you ever pick the Blessed to save that 1SS?
  5. That might be too much of a nerf in the wrong direction. Make Drunken Kung fu only might be good though. But in both cases it doesn't help much against the main issue that it counters some masters (such as Molly) very hard. On the other hand, not announcing those masters against 10t helps as well. Everyone knows that this can happen and I also don't bring Fuhatsu on matches against Neverborn or bayou. Maybe better not to nerf at all, as oposed to breaking him entirely.

  7. Hallo, we keep on having problems with network games. The following things happened: - Quite often: Confirm button when announcing crews and selecting schemes just doesn't react. Unselecting crew/schemes again often solves it - Sometimes: Can confirm crew, see other player's crew, but once I get back into the game, my crew is unselected and I could now tech against the opponent's crew, because he didn't see mine as confirmed yet and has no idea I saw his crew, while I am free to select another one. - Once: game started after I selected my crew, but opponent didn't yet, so game was running with just my crew listed at the bottom bar. - Always: Can add VP in turn 1 Greetings from the crazy owl 🙂

My propsals: (Playing 10t and Arcanists myself) - Soulstone miner, as mentioned before, being insignificant during the turn they unburied would be a good fix, otherwise they just score multiple schemes without any possibility to interfere. - Shenlong's Fermented River Style needs some nerf. Possible fix would be to add a "unless explicitly unwanted" to Serene Countenance, Manipulative and/or Hard to Wound, so the opponent can opt out to giving you additional plus flips. - Shenlong's Wandering River Style needs a TN on it's action. - Steam Arachnid Swarms could loose the built in onslaught trigger and would still be extremely strong. - Big Brain Brin, played properly, is just insanely strong, pretty impossible to kill, brings arcane reservoir, condition removal, pseudo-obey, and he rigs the deck in a way no other model can. At least make "Calculate the Possibilities" once per Turn, so it can't be done multiple times and triggered again by obey's. - Zoraida's obey's built in mask should be "if this model is the crew's leader, add one mask to this action's final duel total", so the double obey only works as leader. (Or just make the trigger leader only) Greetings from the crazy owl 🙂
  9. Very strange. We have pre-ordered at wayland in May and nothing has happened since then, I asked them and they said they don't have any updates and didn't receive stock yet 😞

We have pre-ordered everything weeks ago in Europe and still see no stock. waylandgames.co.uk, firestormgames.co.uk, and fantasywelt.de do not have stock and state that they have no idea when they will receive the product. What went wrong? We have lost more than half of our community in the beta already 😞
