  1. @Adran many thanks. I take this opportunity to ask you a question more about the translation than about the rules (and i apologize, but the manual in my language has not been translated correctly and this often creates confusion) step 7 says: "If any original model (s) had activated, all new models are treated as having activated etc etc" does that "any" mean only one model, or each model? because if it means only one model, it seems strange that a Duet can activate with two remaining actions of only one of the coryphees (one activated and the other not) Edit, another question please, always step7 says: "one new model instead continues that activation using anye remaining actions" that "any" means clearly each actions..so it is plaisible to deduce that a rat king has a LOT of actions? Thanks again.
  2. I often still struggle to understand how certain dynamics work. Now some rules have also been changed: For example; I remembered that two Coryphee, one of which activated, the Duet could continue the activation of one of the two. It is now stated in the rulebook that if one of the original models has activated, the new model will be considered as activated. What is the official version? I also saw a battlereport, where someone used Hamelin, I didn't understand much. How does the replace of multiple Rats officially work? I saw a Rat King with a lot of actions, is it possible? Furthermore, the Rats was replaced with some were activated and some were not...
  3. another question please, just for confirmation if i understand correctly: feed me won't work if jedza removes kurgan (after mudslide) with her action? (i.e. she will draw 2 cards, kurgan will suffer 2 irreducible damage) but botanists will not take grow tokens because not being a seeker they do not consider kurgan as a marker. it's right?
  4. I was wondering if the same reasoning could be done with one or two surveyors, but I think so... A piece heals; a geode marker is created, therefore it is possible remove it with Jedza already on the first turn...
  5. @Mindbadger thank you! What do you think about Botanists?
  6. As per the title, is there any model that has a particular synergy, or is it a keyword that does not use versatile ook?
  7. as I understand it well, there will be few opportunities to use this ability during an opponent activation and especially if Jedza has no life token. From what I understand, as soon as a friendly is killed within 6 inches of jedza, she discards a token heals him by two and makes the next attack of the enemy model that killed the friendly model null? In practice, the enemy will have to kill the friendly model, waste another attack due the heal and also use a possible third attack if possible to kill the friendly model? did I get it right? Is it correct to say that this ability only works during the activation of the enemy model that performed the kill? Are there any other ways to use this Jedza's skill, perhaps with friendly models? reducing friendlies damage to 0 for example to use a trigger? or else maybe?
  8. maybe I was always wrong to use it: for example, when the voodoo doll gets a condition with a value of +2, the enemy model with upgrade gets the same condition but with a value of +1. Can't stack a condition multiple times? Today someone told me that it is possible. Could anyone clarify please?
  9. thanks to all of the very useful answers. it all seems very complicated... 😂 anyway: i don't know if I haven't read it myself, but it seems to me that on the rulebook, I can't find anything that confirms that when I split the duet, one coryphee is as if it were not activated. 😕 Indeed luckily I had read it here on the forum. some other doubt: if in the beginning of the game (i'm arcanist player and i chose Vendetta on one Coryphee) i choose to transform duo in a Duet; can i score Vendetta with the Duet vs a 6ss enemy model? if my opponent choose for example "take prisoner" on one of mine coryphee or a duet, and i later transform them; am I deciding which coryphee is valid for take prisoner? Do I have to warn my opponent, that if he has "take prisoner" the new target would be coryphee x, when do I split them? i hope you understand how i asked the question. thanks again.
  10. Thank you @Ogid! So, it is possible that Duet does for example: walk (nimble) - walk - charge -dance apart; so the single coryphee not atctivated yet, use "dance togheter" to reform the duet that will have the two action of the coryphee? if, so will the Duet also have access to bonus action again? Will Duet be able to do these activations in a row before his opponent activated? precisely, "kaeris conflagration" if the target suffer 2 damage and use a stone and prevent 2 damage, target don't take also burning?
  11. I've been playing little lately, and always in two people; Not having a community, it is often difficult to remember everything, i found something here on forum, but still many thing are not clear to me, i also decided to use models that i didn't know before... so i apologize for the questions that may seems trivial for you: - How does Coryphee Duet works with new replace rules? I understand that Duet can do more activations, but how? If so, can Duet do all these activations in a row? Can single Coryphees also do multiple activation? - How should soulstone miners be used correctly? I guess it is not possible to unearth and leave a marker in the same turn, right? afterall are always bonus action, or no? - when i prevent the damage of some attacks, down to reduce it to 0 damage; it can happen in some cases that other effects of the attack are applied? How do i recognize these attacks? sorry again for my confusion 😕 and many thanks!
  12. sorry for the perhaps trivial question, but, "bayou two cards" also be used for damage flip? (i haven't played for a long time) thank you.
  13. game situation: kentauroi attacks lord chompy with inhuman reflexes (butterfly jump), kentauroi declares "rear up" trigger: enemy models within pulse 2 must each pass a tn 13 df duel or suffer 2 damage. i this case i assume that "rear up" happening before "butterfly jump" because are after succeding and after resolving triggers (same time) so, active player (kentauroi) resolve first his triggers, is it correct?? other question, just a clarification, when a model with terrifying declares a disengaging, enemy models have to do tn for terrifying? thank you in advance
  14. Hallo, is it correct to say that at 4 poison or burning stacks the affected model suffer 2 damage at the end of the turn? At 7 th stack of these conditions will it suffer 3 damage? If not, could you please explain to me?
  15. I misspoke, my doubt was: if i could (with that trigger of chiaki) attack ancestor upgrades without waiting ancestor die, and while they are in game. But it seems so.. Thanks for answers
  16. With spirit flute's trigger can chiaki attach for i.e. her upgrade or another reliquary upgrade even if she or another ancestor model are still alive? Reckoning: how does it work now? By chance in every round,do i have to kill more models than the score i made? Thanks
