You have not at all proven it is double average damage for Ophelia at all and the odds on it was not in any way on the lucky side as you seem to assume. Moderate is not that hard to get to. No other models would had protected Toni more without investing significant more into it. Again it was an even case and a show of how you can play if you have a strong beater and if your do not have a strong expensive beater like a master then two less expensive beaters is a match for Tonis points.
And yes most games with beaters against each other ends with this at the end and start of the next turn, which I assumed it should had gone. The point being that is a normal situation and Tonis trigger does not break it at all.-
I'm sorry but I don't really want to continue the debate. With not getting Burning and stoning the straight flip you go from 14 to what, 7?
You played a shooting master against a master that has anti-shooting in his crew but it wasn't taken. If the Captain was there, you would probably scratch her at best or charge her and lose 1/2 of your hp from the trigger.

I had diesel engine.... so the shooting protection from captain was not needed and he would do nothing in what happened as the gunfigther makes it a melee.
And the setup was Ramos was the master - so Toni was added in to help with howard and Mouse for the extra power and protection. They did quite well all considered and Ramos summoned a bounch doing more stuff, but in the end Ophelia crew won by 1 or 2 points for sure (we did not see a reason to play out the ending as it was clear Ophelia won).

The stones was btw needed for summoning for schemes so I had to be conservative or I would not win anyways without the VP models needed.

Now it is bad again on a different screen Looks like this black theme require a screen that handle dark greyscales very well. This dark theme is still to extreem, please make the greys brighter!

So are we going to get other themes than this crazy bright white theme (a darker grey behind the white forum posts backgrounds would help a lot..) or/and this over the top dark abyss of a theme?! (the white text should be grey on such a dark background and a lot of icons and frames would need to be easier to spot as well).

Could we get a hint at how many of each model we are allowed? The Demo versions of cards for Rasputina and Marcus showed (3) on every single minion if I recall right... hopefully that has changed and is not normal for other masters. It would be a little sad if I cannot put down 9 Ice Gamin if I wanted to in M3E. Can we use "unlimited" amounts of each Golems (elementals)? How about Ronins? I got 9 of those as well :( Please give a hint if there still is a plan to limit the number of minions we can put into a crew.

Wyrd staff: (answering a question about models from masters faction) Hiring a model that does not share a keyword with your leader is at +1 Cost. Cache is no longer a thing; you start with Soulstones equal to the amount you did not spend during hiring. "random user": Mason (or someone who was playing demo at GenCon) wrote (on Facebook if I remember correctly), that models with keywords can be hired regardless of faction. another random user: "Confirmed (in my conversation with Mason at Gen Con) that Keywords work across faction without penalty or limitations. Beast is not Marcus's Keyword, Chimera is."
