Engorn

This was what I intended to paint this month... And I only managed to paint a Bayou gremlin (which is worth like 2-3SS). My mother got sick at early December. She's home now and quite well, but she needs lots of care and I am the one in charge of everything. So almost no time to paint this month (and lets see if I can paint on a regular basis from now on). So, @Caedrus, I'm afraid I use my mulligan on December... 😓

My pledge for December. Yeah, I know, it should have been Rasputina's crew, but I'm still missing some miniatures from that keyword... So, Ophelia and her kin, a bokor, a couple of bayou gremlins (damned Two gremlins in a ghillie suit upgrade), the alt bayou gator and Mr. Ngaatoro.

There are some awesome miniatures this month... Good job folks! I finished them last week and I almost forgot to show them here... English Ivan: 15SS worth. Mr. Mordrake: 6SS worth. Gibson de Walt: 8SS worth. Eva Havenhand: 7SS worth. 3 Daevas: 21SS worth (7SS each). 2 Brocken spectres: 16SS worth (8SS each). 3 Nocturnes: 15SS worth (5SS each). Corvis Rook: 9SS worth 2 Operatives: 10SS worth (5SS each). And an extra... The Scorpius: 7SS worth. So, @Caedrus, this makes 114SS for me this November.

This is my pledge for November. The entire DUA/Umbra crew. I am not sure if I am going to be able of painting it all, but I am going to try it hard.

@Caedrus a last time addition... I was planning to paint them in November, but I had some extra spare time I wasn't counting with and... Here is the result. 3x Surveyors. 6SS each for a total of 18SS. So, in addition to the 49SS I've already painted, these make a total of 67SS in October.

Well, everything is painted. Grave goo: 7SS worth. 3x Moorwraith: 4SS worth each, so 12SS total. 2x Viktoria Chambers: 15SS, so 30SS total. @Caedrus that's a total of 49SS this month. And as an extra, I painted some Infinity models too.

This is my pledge for October. I guess I'll paint anything more. Six miniatures seem to little. @Caedrus, each Viktoria is worth 15SS?

OK... I didn't paint everything, but I painted half of it... and an extra. Tomorrow I won't be painting. If I have any spare time I'll prime October's miniatures and maybe assemble Hoffman and his crew. Mikhail XVI... 9SS 3x Lamplighters... 21SS (7SS each) Austera and Twigge... 7SS Tannenbaum... 8SS The Damned... 8SS And the extra miniature and the one I made this month's challenge... Harata Ngaatoro... 9SS So, @Caedrus, this makes a total of 62SS this month.

This month I'm going with almost the entire seeker crew. Jedza and Sophie are already painted. I'm thinking about doing the freehand challenge on the Grave Goo, simulating the skeletons it has inside on the artwork of its card...

Well... I only managed to paint Jedza and Sophie. The rest will be for the September pledge... Jedza: 15 SS worth Sophie: 4 SS worth. @Caedrus So, 19 additional SS to the 45 SS I already had, that's 64 SS for August.

TBH, I don't know hoy I get the colors to be that luminous. Maybe it's a matter of contrast... I swear I don't make it on purpose. I don't think about that when I paint. I only want the miniature to be finished. 😅

@Caedrus my initial pledge is finished. Gracie: 8 SS worth. Mancha roja: 10 SS worth. 3 x Wrastlers: 5 SS worth each, so 15 SS. 2x Bayou smugglers: 6 SS worth each, so 12 SS. That's a total of 45 SS, for the moment... Now, I pretend to paint the Jedza Core Box before de August is over. Jedza is already half painted... I was so eager to paint these miniatures that I totally forgot to take the picture before painting. 😅

He is saying is good to have the golem near Hillcrest (and I don't agree or I don't understand why). You are saying is bad to have the golem near Hillcrest (and I understand why and I agree). Also... Would the Embrace the flame Ability from Firebrandeds work in the Flare Up aura?

If a model with exactly Burning +3 and the Blaze of Glory Ability (Elijah, Hillcrest or a firebranded) performs a duel, it can first add any one suit to its final duel and then reduce the Burning Condition to gain a ? I understand that the answer is not since I assume that the reduction of the Burning Condition is before performing the duel and the addition of the suit is after performing the duel. But...

You have the answer to that on the FAQ. Section 6. Arcanists. So they're still 50mm Hazardous (Burning) Pyre Markers. I understand that you you are saying that with Hillcrest's Flare Up Ability you don't reduce the Burning Condition on the Fire Golem when it uses the Flaming Body Ability... I'm not sure if this is correct since Flare Up says that is only for enemy effects, and the effect reducing the Burning Condition is the Flaming Body Ability, not the enemy attack itself...

Take a look to Academic's mantras. It has been explained that that Ability, when it says "it", it refers to the model taking the Action, not the one that has de Ability printed on.

Well, I'm gonna start with the rest of my Infamous crew. I suppose that later I'll add the whole Seeker keyword (except the surveyors), but first of all I must see how long it takes to paint those bayous... And for the challenge... I must see what can fit on the description. The model I thought I was never going to paint is the one I painted for the Hot! Hot! Hot! painting contest... xD

I think the model that Summons the drudge is that making the Interact Action, not Ironsides, as Labor Contract says "it may discard" (in reference to the model taking the Action) instead of "this model may discard".

Well... A small change of plans. In the end I painted Burth Jebsen this month... @Caedrus, that makes 8 extra SS, to a total of 78 SS this month. And nice work with those academics/elementals. 😉

Thanks. That's actually the reason of my question. We're preparing a order where I'm including the cards for all my alts (and algo purchase the GG2 pack for the errata cards) but I didn't know if I should order Rollins' card. Although, after posting my question I have remembered that Arrrchie's card didn't come with the GG1 pack.

Does anyone know if the nightmare version of the errata'd cards come in the pack? I'm thinking about Rollins Black.

Mancha Roja, along with the wrastlers, hasn't arrived two weeks and a half later... But it is on its way. Although, now I'm working on something for the summer painting contest, so probably Mancha Roja and the wrastlers are going to be something to paint on August. Also on that foto is Burt Jebsen who is gonna be part of the August pledge (probably with the rest of the Infamous keyword). On the other hand, the rest of it is already painted...
