Yeah I'm also in the UK and I just got the shipping notification from my LGS. Should be with me tomorrow all being well.

I have a pre-order from my FLAGs, mail order, for two books. One for myself and one for my Mrs. Does that mean we both can get the pdf or just me since they will be on the same proof of purchase.

I was about to grab these and then noticed that I'm only missing 3 of the bonus PD's in the 2nd bundle. But what a great collection for those that are looking to get started.

Says so in the Foreword. I just started reading it. I don't think I like this. Unless this paves the way for real books for the lore. I don't really want to be reading lore from a blog post or similar. I would much rather an ebook.

I love this thread. The stories and world that Wyrd have created make this so much more than just a game. I would love nothing more than to see Wyrd start to release actual novels that expand the world. There is so much to be explored - origin stories, more about the earth's first venture into the breach before it closed, the rise of the Guild on earth. I have, so far, only read the 1e books and 2e rulebook but there as for what is my favourite so far it is too hard to call. "Puzzle Box" has to be up there along with "A Long Night in Red Row". Red Row was just amazing. "A Great Adventure", "Doppelganger" and "Into The Breach" I love them all. There is too much goodness. And I know I have not even started to explore TTB/PD books yet.

The reason behind my name is sorta silly. I like ankhs. There is always at least one or two on my person at any given time. The 0137 is my lucky number. Now it is not 137 but 0137. Why the 0 I can't remember but the 137 part is due to many, many, many years ago, well over 20, I had a crush on a girl that lived near me. She was my first big crush. I can't remember her name but I remember her face and the house number on the street she lived on back then, 137. Years later, after I adopted the name, I found myself on the same street and saw her house. Only it was 136 she lived on. By then it was too late to change my name. As for my avatar it is just a photo of myself that I took a few years back that I really like.

As my gf and myself and only just started to learn the rules should we stop learning how the game works in 2e and try and get into the beta, learn from there. Or should we carry on learning 2e rules and wait for the full release of 3e?

Am I the only one in love with the alt Vanessa?
