So I've painted Malifaux for a number of years but never played. As such I have ended up with a sizeable Neverborn and TT collection and never used them but I'm looking into actually playing the game. It has, however, put me in the unusual position of having two pretty fleshed out factions and around a dozen masters available to use as a new player, not counting my guild oddballs and the Viks. The TT units and boxes I have available to use are: Lynch, Shenlong, Yan Lo, Misaki, McCabe, Mei boxes Lone Swordsman Akaname Oiran TT Archers Guild Pathfinder (Yan Lo) Goryo TT Brothers Terracotta warriors Mr.Graves Mr.Tannen Fermented River Monks Sun Quian So I'm not sure how to put them together into a reasonable force for any of those masters. Of the masters I have, I'm most interested in Lynch and Shenlong as my potential masters. Lynch because I dig his theme, and Shenlong because his flexibility is very appealing to me. Not to mention that even without playing, I can see that Shenlong, Yu, and Terracotta warriors are a match made in hell. Purchase wise, I'm planning to get Yasunori and Low Rivers next as they seem to be highly recommended from the lurking I've done here and on other forums.

Hey folks, I've painted Malifaux minis for a number years as I really love a lot of the sculpts. However, I've never really gotten around to playing the game. Given that I have a fairly hefty collection of Neverborn and Ten Thunders at this point, I figured I may try to track down whatever my local Malifaux scene is and start playing. As part of that, I was wondering how to approach Neverborn list building. I have the following: Lynch, Collodi, Dreamer, Lillith crews, (interested in getting Lucius and Titania as they both have very cool boxes) Teddy Lilth & Letu Bunraku Doppleganger Insidious Madness Stitched Together (Lucius) Terracota Warriors, Guild Rifleman/Pathfinder (Collodi) Coryphee Is pretty much what I have for the Neverborn side of things. I'm planning on getting some Changelings but other than that I'm not really too sure how to approach list building since I'm in the unusual position of coming into Malifaux as a new player with a fairly extensive collection of units and masters already available! I'll be making a similar post over on the TT forum for that side of my collection. I'm looking forward to finally learning the game after painting the minis for so damn long haha.
