  1. One of the best in the tier. But to pick a pickle, the water could be more.... waterish (water effect, reflection)
  2. I like this and like your style. Where I think you should work to get an even better style is lightning. Some parts seem to blend.
  3. The water feels off. Palm trees leaves and rum bottle are clearly less well done than the painting technique.
  4. I think the goblin face deserves more details, as it is in the center of the piece and attract the most attention.
  5. The piece is good as techniques but somehow I don't get why is this scene happening.
  6. Good one but some gloss on the miniature it would tie it to the background without changing the miniature.
  7. Yes and no. Yes I like the base, no the base water margins kill it for me. I like the colors, but I think the skin should be more subtle?
  8. I like the entire feel of the miniature. Thin your paints
  9. I do like the wetness of the miniature. Good painting techniques. The only thing that didn't convince me was the lack of rain effect on the base.
  10. Not much to comment here, very good piece. Maybe the connection between the water mass and the 'spurs' to be more fluid.
  11. I feel that there is no connection between the miniature and the water/raft
  12. It is an overall excellent piece and I think what makes it that is how is all tight together colors, style, basing.
  13. This was really hard to vote. (To tell the truth I can't remember in the end which one I voted as I find them similar close. ) The fishes are a nice touch, both for the feel and to show a bit of water effects. I think the strongest point of this is the dynamics of the entire scene.
  14. Nicely done. What I think it is it's worse point it's not modelling or painting but photography. I think the almost offwhite background hurts the miniatures feel a lot, taking it out of context and also loosing the surprise feel the miniature has. Also I think you should have had different levels of gloss on ground and fabric (make again is camera) to emphasize the different wet materials?
  15. Wow just wow. One of the best bronze entries. Hats off to you. But if'd be to split hairs here I think the circular wave around her should have a different shape (less round more elliptic) in the back and maybe a bit higher? Since the ground level under the sea is also higher? (I'm not sure exactly, but probably some experiments would give you the exact change in a wave based on different levels of the sea base in shallow water). Also I think the monster should have had more slabber around/down the mouth?
