  1. Excellent impartial review and lots of very helpful photos - thanks for taking the time
  2. Beautiful work...both basing and brushwork are superb...would love to see more shots of the same group from different angles
  3. Awesome is a word much overused....but here absolutely appropriate...palette,brushwork,basing (and especially with Necrotic Machine) model making - just superb...have already spent ages looking at it all and look forward to seeing whatever you do next
  4. From EBay experience over the years - In a small packet/box of your own choosing and not one of the prepaid USPS options it should come out around $10-12 if that helps
  5. I'd be interested in Johana pending shipping costs to Europe please
  6. At last ! This sounds like EXACTLY what I need ...will check the dates and then be in contact
  7. Stunning...absolutely wonderful brushwork combined with a great eye for detail and colour...just wow !
  8. I very much like the monochromatic take on the Guilty....it REALLY works a treat
  9. Can't make it this Sunday but Dark Sphere is my FLGS and as a total beginner I really hope this becomes a regular event so that I get to participate further down the line...good luck and have fun !
  10. Wow ! Lovely painting - the blending is very smooth and the faces, especially on your main man, are something else
  11. Me too !....the wait is over and well worth it it was too - two boxes of lovely models in front of me that according to the Fed Ex tracker are still in Milton Keynes...never mind...and now - off to the paint table....for several months
  12. My guess would be that at any moment now you'll be getting a postcard from the Post Office saying that it's being held to ransom for Import Duties (normally adds about a week to delivery times)....in a way you're lucky....my order is still in New Jersey...so along with the inevitable ransom note still the best part of a fortnight away
  13. Thanks for posting Molly....although just starting out my other half has already decided on Molly as her future master of choice so it will be great to follow your progress as I am currently only at undercoat stage...and at the speed I paint The Ripples Of Fate will be ancient history before I finish
  14. Keep on posting !....nice painting...I really like your skin tones and shall be experimenting with the colours you mentioned
  15. Nice work ! Your buildings look really moody and work very well together...I would enjoy seeng more photos of them as they are most inspirational
  16. Hmm...I tried both but to no avail....thanks to your advice I sent the form without the URL then sent it separately as a follow up reply...thanks for trying to help
  17. I have had the unfortunate experience of buying a box with a missing part...I have duly filled out the online form for Damaged/Missing parts BUT every time I try to submit the form it returns the error "this is not a valid URL"....out of sheer frustration I have typed the URL into Safari and the image of the damaged sprue comes up immediately so I know the URL works...so...what am I doing wrong or what should I be doing ? All and any help will be much appreciated
  18. Absolutely love it !....the combination of colours and textures you chose along with the base make the model look just so right...wonderful job
  19. Thanks for such a detailed, objective review...a great help...as a total newcomer still painting up the starter set I will keep the self control button on max for now until I understand how this model "works"....but in the long run buy it I will as it looks to be a really fun challenge to build and paint as do all the others I have to say...hard to pick a favorite but this model, carrion and mysterious would have made it to my paint table as models alone even if I wasn't interested in the game itself....marvellous stuff indeed
  20. Wow ! That's some serious skill with a brush !...Absolutely beautiful and very inspirational
  21. I got confirmation of shipment today...it will take however long it takes - having been following this thread I'm just hoping that the Parker box I ordered contains the Parker sprue...and have now got over the disappointment of Titania being sold out as I can read up Ripples of Fate when it comes out and get inspired...more to look forward to
  22. Both great brushwork and model making....I love what you did with the lone marshal and his horse...very inspiring...and the executioner looks very scary too - top work !
  23. The blending and overall feel on Jacob Lynch is stunning...as is your warden...and I think you made the right decision in leaving the cape clear of detail as it helps frame the metalwork nicely
