  1. Reading the Adepticon report the rat player beat a nico and a Hamelin(s). So I don't think those are viable stop gap solutions. I think a podcast (before we begin?) goes over the games with 3 (4?) of his opponents.
  2. I will be hosting Demos and it's always open play at The Games Annex every Sunday. Come join us. The address is The Game annex 4705 Illinois Rd #117, Fort Wayne, IN 46804 Events will be soon to Follow. if you wish to try setting up a demo not on Sunday I can most certainly do Saturday. And there is also open play on Thursdays. So come on down and enjoy some Faux. You know you want to.
  3. Wasn't there a Jacob lynch brilliance issue with something similar. Dreamer passing the attack off to a model without brillance. And was faq'd Q: Does a model need to have the Brilliance Characteristic to be a valid target for Jakob Lynch’s Final Debt? A: Final Debt states, “Target model with the Brilliance Characteristic...” so, yes, the target must have Brilliance to be valid. Same vein of entirely off base?
  4. So what I get out of all of this it's easier to say it cancels the walk since I can't find "performs" in the rules in which case you have back track and then cause all of this head ache. Instead of just taking a horror duel. One giant convulted process or a simple a solution. Thanks for the input. Is their a faq Or just this is how we play thing?
  5. But declaring an action isnt taking an action?
  6. If no action was taken why did I have to do a "come get some" duel. So I take the action do a duel then fail the disengaging strike then go back in time and never did the action? Seems really convoluted. If I didn't originally want to leave the engagement and had no intention of leaving for that matter but then I am forced to by the Cgs duel I then never take the action which then forced me into a duel that I didn't want? I think I might disagree.
  7. okay.... Here is a situation I was in I am engaged with a Cerubus. So I Declare my Walk action Take my duel and fail the duel So now I have to try and disengage from the Cerebus. Which if I fail Do I then take a terror Check for ending a Walk action in his engagement?
  8. this is why you should always (0) action focus them when near Shen, saves cards or a the very least burns 2 bad ones.
  9. Which happens first. Ironsides Come get some or a Disengaging strike? does the enemy have to pass the walk duel first then try to walk away or do they have to see if they walk away first then try to pass the duel?
