Does Zoraida require LOS to the model see is using as her conduit? For instance if she was going to use a swampfiend to target another model would she have to have LOS to the swampfiend?

No my question is if the Crooligan is in the ice pillar aura and triggers by your side to leave it are they still affected? What is confusing is that both are at the start of activation so I want to make sure what would trigger first. And if I discard for the ice pillar aura can I take my fading ability?

Played a game Sunday and this came up. If a Crooligan is by an ice pillar and discards for by your side do they still have to worry about the slow from ice pillar since they both take place at the start of their activation?
