  1. I never glue my models to just the base. Either I will buy nice bases or fashion a custom one myself.
  2. AH! I use that same plastic glue for my model kits. This is that kind of plastic?
  3. Something like the revel modeling cement that bonds? what is the active ingredient that bonds in your glue? is it cyanoaccellerant?
  4. So my wife and I decided to play around in the world of malifaux. I purchased the starter box and was rather impressed outside of 1 detail. The feet are super tiny as such even my size 60 wire bit is too large to put a pin into their feet to fasten them to the base solidly. My current thought is to adhere them to piece of the sprue with some of my gorrila glue and then use that to fasten them to the base securely. However, I am unfamiliar with the plastics and since that is the the case I am unsure of the way it will bond with the glue. It appears that my prefered gel glue does well enough as far as forcing parts to adhere. HOWEVER, models like angel eyes have a heel and foot with exceeding small surface area, so I realized that this would be a food errand. Do you guys just cut the heels off then drill in new ones that are also the pins? I would like to make these models rather clean.
