I'm just starting out with Wong and I'm a little confused on his Lightning Jump ability. If he hits his target number but loses the opposed duel does the pulse still happen? It's not like a standard trigger (like the Iron Fan) and it doesn't say "after damaging". Reading it it seems like you wouldn't do the damage track but still flip a card for everyone in range. Any help would be appreciated!
