Hi guys. My apologies to the community and mods for double posting as I'm new to this forum and now realize that the original post that I placed in the Faction area should have been posted here. Hello all! I'm new to Malifaux and have recently inherited a good amount of Outcast inventory. I'm told the Outcasts aren't the easiest faction to learn the ropes with but I remain undaunted. Having never played a game let me list what I have and hopefully you guys might shed some expertise on the subject. The following is all 2e plastics: Hired Guns box (I have 2 of these) Hans Bishop Hanna Killjoy Lazarus Freikorps Strongarm I'll probably be playing a few 35ss games before I jump to 50ss. So, from what I own, do I have enough to piece together a viable 35 or 50ss list to effectively learn the game or do I need to add anything? Thank you all in advance for your help and input!!

All my stuff is plastic. I think I'll keep both HG boxes as from what I've read so far, two Librarians or Trappers seem to be popular. Although, running two Trappers with Hans seems like overkill. How many of you run two Librarians and is it worth it? Some of the players at my LGS have told me that Outcasts are not the best crew to use to learn the game, steering me more toward Lady J or Seamus. I'd like to prove them wrong

I only have what comes with the boxes but I can easily acquire an Arsenal pack to grab what I need. I notice there's two waves. Do I need both?
