I love these too. I kind of get the complaints about models not having weapons they have in the rules but it doesn't bother me at all and at the end of the day 'buzz saw' or 'baton' or whatever is just a rule name, it's not like there's any wysiwyg issues or anything.

I really like the Gupps but the Spawn Mother is posed oddly.

Yeah Crossroads doesn't have the rules for the game, you'll need either the first big book or the rules manual alongside crossroads.

But can't you only take one of Montressor?

I thought the smaller ones were stand ins for Hanged?

Actually only one sculpt was shown in the Monday preview (unless the others have been previewed elsewhere?) but I'd put money on three as well.

Hi guys, hope this is in the right place. Im really into Malifaux, the lore, the models and the idea of the game, and I own the first two books and a few crews (about 10 crew boxes after Christmas haha) but I've never actually played a game, and im finding it quite difficult to get my head around the mechanics just reading through the rules (not a problem exclusively with Malifaux, I normally need some kind of aid to help pick up rules for wargames, I struggle a bit just reading them). Are there any decent tutorial videos or anything you'd recommend? I've had a bit of a search but there doesn't seem to be all that much, especially compared to some other wargames. Thanks guys.

To be honest if you really like the plastic one, personally I'd just rebuy the set (if you can't find it seperately obviously). It's annoying but her box isn't very expensive. That's what I'd probably do anyway.

The Dark Carnevale set looks incredible. Depending on the price, I may have to order it, and Jack Daw (shipping is probably gonna be ridiculous )

It is quite funny how a lot of gamers are into metal music. Personally I'm not a fan, but it is a trend from what I've noticed.

At the moment I'm listening to Joy Division, because I'm reading Bernerd Sumners autobiography so it seemed fitting. I should listen to New Order afterwards, I've not listened to them really and I'll probably really like them.

I thought they were the same size honestly, the whole back construction looks identical. Although I guess that could be scaled up or down.

I'm guessing he'll be the same model, he's pretty cool as is. I always wondered why Wong didn't have a crew box, what was the reason for that? Looking forward to seeing the whole crew though.

I probably still would've done it if I hadn't spent £120 on Malifaux about a week ago haha.
