Hi peeps so I return with a more should we say finished Mcmourning. I'm still not happy with the photo i'm thinking a reset of my photo area might help. I was hoping to get some more comments about my gremlins as I've fallen in love with the little green buggers, are the pics too small? Many thanks Martin

Hi peeps it's been a while since i've posted anything due to a heavy workload. Working full time as a commission painter its not offen I get chance to paint for myself which has led me to starting a new faction. I decided to go for gremlins as nobody in my gaming group plays them and well they're a bit silly. I wanted to try and reduce the painting time to maximise my very limited "hobby time" so i've lowered my standard but kept things neat and tidy. These models have been painted using a single shade/highlight principle which is a very simple basecoat, then shade, then one highlight on all parts of the model. Hope you like the pics, I plan on doing a step by step on a Young Lacroix to show you how you can get a good looking mini with very little effort. Take care. Martin.

He took me 14 hours spread over 2 days. For his tray I've decided to go for a kidney and a bottle of wine (pics soon) Does anyone know where I can get a syringe in 28mm/30mm scale ? Ps . I wanted to do some blood splatters but I'm a coward and don't want to risk ruining him.

Hi guys thanks for all the awesome comments and ideas. I'm currently trying a few of the options with random bits that were suggested nothing dead certain on though (I'm tempted to do all of them and just magnatise the lot) As to questions about black lining this model was done with a white undercoat and shaded areas around boots and gloves etc is actually very dark brown. It's a similar effect and it's just put in to create contrast and to break up basecoats.

Hi peeps me and my colleagues at Golem have gone Malifaux crazy this last month and we all agreed to pick up a crew. I chose Mr McMournings box simply because of Aesthetic (who doesn't like sexy Nurses) So this thread is going to be my mini blog chronicling my journey through the breach, feel free to comment, question even criticize, hope you like. I would like to ask for some opinions on McMourning so far and if anyone has any ideas for what to put on his tray. I used the head thats meant to go there on one of my flesh constructs so if anyone has any suggestions i'd be very grateful. Many thanks Martin
