Heya! Been eyeing Kirai for a while. I like the looks and fluff of her alot, and am thinking of getting her. I'm currently playing Gremlins (Wong) and Arcanists (Ramos, Colette), but I want to dip my toes in the Resser faction. Could I get a good Kirai-crew going at around £100-120? I understand she's a resser and I'd want "it all" to handle each situation. But Could I get away with just getting some of the stuff? Where do I start? What are some good models to start with? This lands at around £100. Could I cut something out and do I miss something essential? Crooligans/Necropunks? Drowned? Night Terrors? Hey! So I'm about to finally do it, to go green! I've been eyeballing Gremlins for a long time, and after painting/playing with all my other crews/factions I'm about to pull the plunge and dive in. I'm going to start out with Wong, 100% due to looks, haha. I know there are other threads similar to this, and I've been reading them all, believe me. But is this a good start? Anything I'm missing to get a good first experience with Gremlins/Wong, or anything which I wont be needing (I'd love to save some money if that's the case, ha!). I looked for that Citadel mat last year. I ended up buying one (nearly new) from ebay, pops up from time to time. Great product to a decent price!

Oh, damn. I thought I had answered to your posts already, guess not. Thank you all! Great help. I got my Rulebook and am going through it as we speak. I ordered The Latigo Posse box and the Ramos (plus extra spiders and an Electrical Creation) as I thought the models looked best out of those discuessed. Simple as that. Now I'm trying to work out a board. But when I look for inspiration online I see mostly swamp boards, I'm not interested in that. I'd like to build a city board, and I also don't want to buy pre build buildings. I got loads and loads of Hirst Arts plaster pieces from when I were going to build a Mordheim city but never came to do it. These are in a more gothic theme though, not quite fitting maybe.. I'll see what I can come up with. Oh, one last question. Markers (scraps, bodies etc), what do I need and where do I get it? Anyway, thanks a ton!

Hi there! I'm about to order me some Malifaux stuff, and I'm in need of a little help with which boxes I should go for. So, I've ordered the big rulebook, and now I'm looking for two teams to get me and my friends started. I'm buying two teams, and will let my friends borrow one of them to play (as noone here have yet to pick up malifaux). I like the looks of Ramos boxed set (The M & SU). And from what I've read I might need some more spiders to go with this box. So the first team I'm thinking: Ramos boxed set Steam Archanid Swarm For the other one I dont know yet, there's where I need help. What team is balanced to this team? I like the looks of: Ten Thunderers Box Open Graves Box (Nicodem) The Latigo Posse Box (Perdita Ortega) The Torch and the Blade Box (Sonnia Criid) Please note that I'm only interested in Plastic Models at the moment. Which one of the above would suit me, and what more would I need to buy for them to work fine? Thanks in advance! Turbotomte Edit: Oh and another question. I'm about to start building some terrain. I'm thinking some kind of greyish dark ghost town (western'ish). But About the buildings. Is it like in Mordheim that you fight on different levels? So that I should build many levels for each building, and the occational bridges and stuff? Do you fight inside the buildings also?
