Hi, i have found a Kirai crew for 65$. Kirai crew - Kirai - Lost Love - Dasu Ba - Onryo 2db - Ikyrio - Gaky 2db - Jaakuna - Shikome - Seishin what do you think, is it a good deal? Is it playable just with these models? With what models should I expand the crew? I don't wanna spend much money, so just the must haves please. And I don't playcompetitively, just fun games. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Thanks for the recommendations. As I see Yin is a must have. I don't really like the look of that model but she definitely worth the cost. And the Necropunks will also be on the top of my list. What about The Hanged and Crooked Man?

Hi, I have recently got a crew box of Seamus plus one Nurse and a Bête Noire. That is all my resser models, just started playing them now. I would like to expand my crew for a quite flexible 50 SS crew, so I need some advice what to buy next. After some research I found out I should get the McMourning box, Molly box, Necropunks, Hanged in the future. But what should I buy next if I want to own a nice pool of models to play at 50 SS. I want to spend approximately 50 bucks for now on new stuff. Any advice? Thanks

Hi all, I am going to play a game this weekend and I'm planning to run Ramos. I want to choose ALitS and Plant Evidence for schemes and the strategy will be Squatters Rights. I will face against a Ten Thunders crew which is probably won't be Lynch and Mei Feng. I am planing to play with this crew: Arcanists Crew - 50 - Scrap Ramos -- 5 Pool +Arcane Reservoir [2] +Electric Summoning [1] Brass Arachnid [4] Howard Langston [12] +Imbued Energies [1] Joss [10] +Imbued Energies [1] Metal Gamin [4] Mobile Toolkit [3] Union Miner [5] Union Miner [5] Metal gamin for protecting Ramos. Union Miners for do the scheme shenanigans. Joss and Howie for do the heavy work if needed. Mobile toolkit for starting summoning in the first turn. Brass arachnid to give reactivate. Well, I have to confess.... In the last minute before the match I changed my mind and run Kaeris instead. I will wait for a suitable scenario with Ramos. And happened to be the same with my opponent as it turned out. He wanted to play with Rasputina as I expected, but something strange and unpredictable happened He is reading a China Miéville novel, King Rat. So he thought " well, well.... I like the atmosphere of this book so maybe I should make it a bit more real. There is a master as I remember who really like rats and rat kings. Let's play Hamelin then. " So at the end Kaeris and her M&SU friends tried their luck against the unstoppable hordes of rats of Hamelin. Was a great match after all. I have never played against Hamelin before and always wanted to see how he works. So Ramos will wait a bit more. But yesterday I ordered the box set with some extra spiders. And I'm looking forward to try them maybe in the next match. Anyway thank you for your advice on tactics. I am sure that Ramos will face against Raspi soon but hopefully with a better scheme pool.

Hi, I'm wondering how exactly works the Covered in Rats ability of the Rat Catcher. Let's say he has 3 rats in base contact in the beginning of the turn. I throw them something blasty with Willie and kill all the rats with the explosion. 1, armor +3 still in effect when the blast wants to harm the Rat Catcher? 2, after the blast the rats are killed of course. The armor +3 is still valid or not. The Catcher is alone now. 3, what about if the Catcher moves away from the rats in an other non blasty situation. has he keep the armor or lose it? Is it temporary and always depend on the rats in base contact with him? Thanks

And these are the flips for schemes and strategy: Squatter's Rights ALitS Protect Territory Make Them Suffer Breakthrough Cursed Object As I am a complete noob with Ramos, could you suggest me a useable crew for the appropriate schemes? I am thinking about buying Ramos to complete my Kaeris/ Mei Feng M&SU gang and now it's a good time to try it before the purchase. So what do you think what scheme should I select and what models should I bring? I expect Rasputina to be my opponent's master. Thanks for your help guys

Hi, Do anyone use BF Shield bag for carry the minis? http://us.battlefoam.com/products/BF-Shield-Bag-Pluck-Foam-Load-Out.html Is it good enough and big enough for let's say 80-100 models? Or is the KR Multicase with the Malifaux tray set and with the cardboard box is better? The two are almost in the same price in my country. And I would choose the KR case because it's made for Malifaux, and the trays are being cut for the proper size. But it has no carry bag in this price just the cardboard box. And the BF has a nice bag too in the same price. Or what options do you suggest in this price range? I don't want to spend a lot for a carry bag. I carry my Malifaux stuff with me by car 2-3 times a month. So no need for a fancy bag. Thanks, Geri

First of all, thank you for your response guys. I know 35 SS is not the best for this game but we usually try and learn the new masters in lower than 50 SS matches. It's enough to figure out the main mechanisms and it won't be take a lot of time with all the new models and abilities. Hi all, If Lady J want to take a Justice Unleashed action ( upgrade) against a Hungering Darkness in range, does she needs to take a horror check? Or in this case the HD is not a specific target, so no horror check occur. And in the same situation if the HD is behind a blocking terrain piece, does the pulse stop or go through the blocking wall. There is a valid LOS because the HD has Ht 3 and the wall is just Ht 2. But the pulse has the same height as Lady J, which is Ht 2. Just as the wall. Thanks,
