OK. Got suckered into the Black Friday sale and picked up the Hanging Tree. Is it useful for anything other than terrain (which is fine, since it looks sweet)? Are there any scenarios around it that are out there? I love themed games and was wondering what is out there that uses the Hanging Tree.

I had no problems with the build. Pretty straightforward and not much of a problem with gaps. Good mold. Hopefully, you'll see the same. Thanks for the kind words! I need to remind myself to put some gloss on the horse's eyes. I think that would help make them look a little more natural. Still haven't used him in a game though. Need to fix that.

Painted up a Guild Lone Marshall. First time I painted a horse, but the airbrush helped a good bit to make it smooth. Hoping ti use him this weekend.

These are a few of the 2E models with 4Ground buildings from the Dead Man's Hand line for comparison. They're not really cheap, but I wanted a nice little Western themed table and these are already painted. Easy to assemble as well.

Did you have to do anything special for the Marshall standing (jumping off of) the coffin? I'm getting ready to put those two pieces together and wanted to know how your assembly went. Or if anyone else has done that model I'd be interested in tips. I was planning on using Tamiya plastic cement for the job, but the connection point is so small, that I worry that it'll be a real pain. Wondering if it worth it to pin it, but again, small connection points.

Cool. I'll keep an eye on my brick and mortar stores here. I do prefer to buy locally to help keep the doors open, when I can.

Would that be the same time in the US, or is there a lag between UK and US for M2E releases? Still new to this wyrdness, but diving in.

So far, I picked up the Lady J box set along with the Executioner, an Austringer, and the Pathfinder. First crew I want to try out is the box set with upgrades and the executioner. Kind of a whole Judge, jury and executioner theme, but without the jury Got the pathfinder just because the new model looks great, but I thikn I could find some uses and it's at least another option for the crew. I also don't consider myself a power gamer. I mainly play with friends over beer and pretzels, so I'm more concerned with everyone having fun. Of course that means I won't just roll over either.
