Hey guys I'm Dan. I have been playing warmachine for years and recently got interested in Malifaux after a couple guys at my LGS played a demo game. I started with Neverborn but I'm slowly getting into Arcanists as well. Every faction has so many cool models that it is hard to decide lol. I like that you don't really have to commit to a faction though. You can have several different crews from different factions and just play whatever sounds fun at the time.

Those are really nice. You would cringe if you saw my first minis. The bases on the children of december are really cool, they are kind of abstract and strange contributing to the illusion that they are in some fantasy environment. As for the death marshalls I really dig the blue flame you did. You should be proud of those minis.

I will see if I can get a game in asap (my rule book is in the mail now). I know next to nothing about this game but have been playing warmachine for several years so I have some wargaming experience. After having read through the pdf I'd say that the dreamer and his crew apear to have a few unfortunate set backs (such as LCB taking 3 damage) but have some pretty solid synergies too (such as empty night and tons of forced duels with the enemy at a disadvantage). Looks pretty good so far, now I just need to try it out and see how it goes.

Yeah I ended up finding an arsenal box un-boxing video (try saying that 5 times fast) on you tube and it looks like teddy is the only one in there that I need. That is kind of unfortunate for me as I just decided to give this game a try. At least paiting my dudez will keep me busy until I can get the cards I need to take my new crew for a test drive.

I literally just got my first malifaux minis last weekend. I picked up the dreamer, LCB, Copelius, teddy,2 stitched together, and the daydreams. Are the new cards for all of these models in the arsenal box? If I recall dreamer and LCB aren't in the 2E rulebook.
