I ended up going with list #1. They performed well. My first match was against Neverborn. The strategy was guard the stash and the schemes were: a line in the sand, breakthrough, vendetta, distract, and spring the trap. Opponent played Angel Eyes, doppelganger, primordial magic, silurid, and 2 terror tots. Opponent took ALitS and breakthrough. I took vendetta and distract. I ended up getting full points for guard the stash and denying my opponent in strategy points. They did get 1 for ALitS and full for Breakthrough. I got 2 points for Vendetta declaring Santiago and the doppelganger. Guardian ended up finishing the doppelganger off so that denied the third point. Didn't get any for distract was going to turn 3, but chose instead to get the Vendetta because I knew the opponent was going to withdraw. They tactically withdrew at the top of turn 4. Turn 4 I would have gotten rid of 1 marker they laid down for a line in the sand and 2 for breakthrough to deny them points, while hopefully pulling off 1 distract in turn 4 and 5. Didn't lose one model. Between Francisco, guardian, and pistolero de latgio's defensive capabilities it was tough for the opponent to land any damage. Only model that got hurt was the guardian and that is because we forgot to include the negative for hard cover.
