Would any of the Transmortis crew be useful for Jack Daw? Undergraduates can move models, and Students of Sinew have Command Corpse.

That would definitely get you started. You'll be hiring pretty much everything in his crew box every game (maybe not three guilty! One or two max). I find myself taking a hanged (occasionally 2) most games too.
I'd try to squeeze in a crooked man though, then a Dead Outlaw as your next one. Jaakuna is amazing and she's going to be worth the purchase, but I'd put Crooked Man + Dead Outlaw as slightly more vital.
Drowned are not absolutely essential, but they do combo well with Jaakuna and are a bit tougher to kill. Similarly, a crooked man will make Jaakuna's aura give auto-staggered.
Daw can be amazing in Reckoning! McMourning/Reva arguably have a bit of an edge there perhaps, but Tormented have loads of neat tricks. What would you say is amazing about Drowned?
Any out of keyword or versatile models you would pick?

I don't like much crooked man, you can consider jaakuna.
Jack is a real monster in this edition, if you position Jack well you do not need that upgrade on him, better on guiltys imo.. so, a part ligeia you can have an entire terrifying crew.
What do you not like of the Crooked?

Not sure about Crooked Men, but as mentioned above, I have heard that the forced discard into spamming execute triggers plan is doing quite well. You want to bring at least 2 Guilty and Montressor to the table and about 8 soulstones in your cache (to be used to generate the execute triggers) then start sniping off key members of the opponent's crew whilst your hanged do.... hanged things.
EDIT: Also, Grave Spirit's Touch on Jack is very necessary.
Regeneration does seem like a big boon to Jack.

With Jack Daw being a full-fledged resser now, I am going to play him more in M3e. Now, have there been any intersting/clever tricks or strategies with the Tormented crew? Any particular things to watch out for?
And any tricks to utilize Crooked Men for? (I like those guys)

Changed from "Tear Apart" to "Pram Ram".
Gets a on attacks from Charge Action.
Loses Zombify (summon Mindless on kill) trigger. All other Triggers are the same.
Pram Ram is a great name. Loss of Zombify is sad though.

Today is the day, right?! I hate that the americans are so far behind us in time.
My experience with the closed beta is that the files will show up the day after for europeans.

What is up with those new card sizes? What was wrong with regular playing card size?

Thanks for your great work and the enjoyable betas. Really a shame to see you go, but sometimes decisions have to be made. I hope you will enjoy your new opportunities and let me know when you find one! I am interested in seeing what continues from here.

A gremlin Sky Pirate without a hat? Is this a joke?

The only event here that has prize support is a tournament at the other side of the country. Hurray.
Also, knowing our customs, those things will be expensive even if you buy them with those Guilders.
-
As somebody who doesn't give a rats ass about tournaments, meh. I think it is cheaper for me to hunt down old metals.

While it's true that the two guild Mc's can be used in a similar fashion, McMourning offers a less card-intensive and more slow & steady approach than McCabe's lightning speed. That's all down to personal preference and playstyle.
And why choose Zoraida or Tara when you can have any of the others? Uncompetitive by default.
Why did you include a playable tier then? Honestly curious.

Photocopies indeed. Burning gets intersting to apply.
it's just sales they lose. Nothing that keeps you awake at night.

Having only print on demand isn't great for non-american players due outrageous shipping costs and import taxes.

They look great but the shoes if based on geta shoes are backwards.
Knowing wyrd the those teeth are seperate bits anyway.

I can't believe everyone is complaining that the alt sculpts are the freebies for various purchase levels. Honestly, that's how they usually do it. If you really need to get one, find a friend and order together. There's two LEs at each reward level so you can split the extras.
These figures will probably show up down the road in tournament kits too. No need to worry, they'll be available.A little bit harder to do if those people do want the same models. Splitting the models up to share the pieces isn't that practical, to be honest. Also, note that the people who feel the most slighted are those that have an old metal crew without the new henchmen, and who were told that the only option was to get a full new crewbox.
And as for tournaments, I won't even go within spitting distance of those. Which means that the availability is limited to ebay or other resell sites.
If you can reach the nescessary funds with ease, be happy and enjoy yourself.

Congratulations on the winners!

Ah, glossed over that one. Thanks.

Alright, reading over the Graveyard Spirit today made me wonder something.
Can a model be in Base Contact with itself? Seeing as models always have LoS and Range to themselves, this seems to be a logical followup.
For the purposes of Strength from Below, I doubt it was intended or meant for the Graveyard Spirit to give said Amor to itself, but I figured it was better to ask.

As a mention, it appears that the Spawn Mother cannot take her specific upgrade.
