Has anyone tried Jack Daw and the hanged with Pandora? Does it work? Is it worth it? I've been considering a Teddy for Pandora lists due to high terror check and having a durable beater, but Jack Daw/ the Hanged seem like they fulfill a similar role, but cause Wp duels at the same time.

Wait, I thought that the obey on Wong would be good, but the bounced spell (the one going back to Zoraida) would fail. Wait... wait... nevermind. Reading. hmm. That does make bounce magic better than I thought it would be.

I picked up Wong as part of my initial purchases getting into the game (like... a week and a half ago). I figured that he was gremlins' answer to terrifying stuff that would otherwise just run rampant through our lists. Most of our stuff is wp 4, and cheating 8-9+ for morale checks is not where you want to be, I think.

Hello all. I started Malifaux recently and have been devouring everything available on Pull my finger and the forums. I'm considering a Pandora list, but I'm having trouble wrapping my head around the right balance between support models and models that get things done. Sorrows seem great. Negative twists for wp duels? Sure! Insidious madness? Moar duelzzz! Negative wp flips! Bwahahaha! Doppelganger? Twice the trauma! Those models all cost a decent amount of soul stones, especially in multiples. But then what do you get to actually accomplish things for you? It seems like taking terrifying things is a good idea to force more wp duels, but terrifying models are costly as well. So what's the balance, and are some support models better than others? Is there a consensus on which beater is most efficient with Pandora? How do you deal with the fact that your opponent will out-activate you?
