My dad ordered and paid for some war hammer models from rocket hobbies in Kent in early December for a Christmas present - over 150 pounds. They never arrived and the company ignores help desk email and never answer the phone. Very sad and disappointed

I would be cautious about this company. Goods ordered in early December still not arrived and 5 chasing emails to help desk ignored. No one answers the phone and always offline on Skype and MSN Be Careful
