  1. Another Malifaux demo in Lance, Kefar Saba, Israel, Thursday, March 7th, 2013, starting at 18:00 Everyone is invited of course
  2. It's interesting that people have bad experienced with Wayland. I get all my orders on time. I'm annoyed with something else though. Even if I tell them to hold the shipment until everything is in stock (for up to 10 weeks) they just ship it out and refund me for all that wasn't in stock (but I can live with that)
  3. Very nice and consistent crew. Your golem does seem to float a bit above the base. Perhaps you should use a bit of a filler to smooth that transition out
  4. LGS can be useful for small cracks, but it's not a real putty. It's a thick acrylic gel died green. For proper crack filling nothing beats superfine milliput (you can actually water it down and "paint" it on) and for smoothing out surfaces, mr. surfacer from gunze is top notch
  5. I love your paintjob. You achieved with the red coat what I tried to achieve on the Lady Justice box I just painted. Simply awesome
  6. After a few crazy, non-painting weeks, it was time to paint up some more Wyrd stuff Here is a shot of (almost finished) Lady Justice crew
  7. Having seen Odin's other work, I doubt he would be the one to commission someone to paint for him. Great work on the lot
  8. Hi Guys, I will hold a Malifaux demo on February 13th, between 20:00 and 22:00 at Nexus in Rishon Lezion. Everyone is invited Address: Rotschield 26, Rishon Lezion
  9. Work started on Lady Justice crew. While the bases were drying (grey stuff) I remembered this little guy
  10. Another Malifaux demo in Lance, Kefar Saba, Israel, thursday, February 7th, 2013, starting at 19:00 Be there or be square
  11. best way to close the slot is a toothpick cut to size and glued in place. Then you can position the mini, and glue it to the base itself using plastic cement. It takes a while to dry, but the bond is rock solid, and it can work quite well on tiniest connections. I just got my mei feng crew, and the rail golem, and the plastics look quite similar to what i'm used to from scale models. I would recommend everyone to use Tamiya plastic cement for these miniatures: http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/tam/tam87012.htm or http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/tam/tam87038.htm (i personally prefer this one)
  12. Excellent job on the purple tones. I would go for a bit harsher contrast on executioner's exposed skin. Perhaps another layer of sepia wash, and more extreme highlights. As for your carry cases, they are pure awesome
  13. Should have done him all white with touches of black on an orange base for the bit of the ol' ultraviolence. He does look great in this scheme as well
  14. Very nice shading on the blue uniform. It does feel a bit coarser on his behind though. You might want to smooth it out with a blue glaze
  15. Excellent skin shade. And welcome to the wonderful world of Malifaux
