Not only that, but most luggage is searched and who knows how they'll do that. I've heard horror stories of bags having to be checked at last minute and showing up with several minis broken once arriving. I was going to fly rather than make the 10 hour drive but changed my mind for fear of being forced to check my bag. Unfortunately you don't have that choice.

I started with Seamus and am having fun with aSeamus at the moment. I'm trying to give McMourning a try but seem to run into overpowered Guild every time he's on the table. I am also going to try to support the effort to make Molly a better leader (Molly 2012) -
I remember the excitement when he was coming out, but you don't ever hear much about him. I played a game with him, and he did ok in a supporting role sort of way. Considering it was a McMourning lost his head to Lady J sort of game, he probably did rather well. :/

I have used the Vallejo as well, but only Matt. I don't like the overly shiny look of gloss. I do about 2 coats unless I think it's an area that will take a lot of abuse, which isn't often, and haven't had any wear issues.

I use Vallejo and Reaper mostly with some P3 and GW thrown in if I really like the colors. I do like GW washes and am going to try their new texture and dry brush paints for fun.

Great post! I wish more players had your attitude. For me it is about the game. Don't get me wrong, I like winning too, but I'm having fun as long as I'm playing! -
For the sake of time saving, I try to have a couple of "go to" lists for certain crews or strategies. I may swap but my base list is mostly set ahead so I'm prepared and in the game. I hate feeling frazzled and disorganized.

I'm going to try a variation of this list tonight. I need a good 30 stone list for a tourney coming up Sun and tonight is my first practice game. I love Bete and she will make her presence known!!

I'm wondering who is voting Seamus? I don't see it as being justified either. I play Seamus as well and he's always last man standing. The other side hates his gun, his summoning, his ability to survive. Maybe they've just never given him a chance.... -

Fantastic paint job! I even like the blonde. As a redhead, I tend to gravitate toward painting my models with red hair as well (don't know why!) but she looks really good! She looks disarmingly sweet!

Apparently it's a NC thing. Having a hard time here in the Triangle myself. Finally found a store that not only sells it (my LGS sells but doesn't seem to play) but also has a Malifaux night. I will be checking it out on my next Thursday night off. So if you're ever in Raleigh...

Love the denim!! But if you decide on a see through shirt for Lady J, make sure you watch your "nip" placement. Left one looks a little detached or something. Needs to be centered to her, not her shirt.

I like Bete since she activates as soon as she hits the table and even if she gets killed, she's just gonna come back....again and again and again. That's been my experience and my opponent wasn't as excited about it as I was. The one time I had to pout was when I faced Sonnia using her Nullify Magic. Took some of my fun away....

Good to know. I play Seamus and have picked up Molly (liked the model and the fluff) but wasn't sure how she would do on her own. I've been starting to try and choose my crews based on our schemes and strategies now that my collection has been growing.
