Starting April 15th, I'll be running a campaign/league at Battleforge in Lexington, KY. This campaign will run for 6 weeks and shall use the rules found in Wyrd Chronicles volume 5(available here: http://www.malifaux.com/Downloads/Wyrd_Chronicles_Volume_5.pdf) but with a couple of changes. 1. Initial crews will be a 35ss crew and games will start at 35ss. 2. You will be able to hire other masters from your faction for Guild Script equal to 10+the master's cache+1. Keep in mind that when determining crew totals, masters only count as 10. 3. The winner will be determined by the highest crew total at the end of the campaign. 4. Players can only play 1 campaign game per week, but does not have to be against someone in the campaign.

UKON is the University of Kentucky's gaming convention hosted by the Miskatonic Student Union. I'll be running Malifaux demos and possibly a tournament, one day league, or both through the whole con! Beginning January 14th and ending March 3rd, I'll be running a league similar to how Dead Heat worked. Quick rule run down: League games are set at 35ss scraps, with the final week having the option of being a 50ss brawl instead. It's closed faction, so whatever faction you decide to use in your first game, you have to use in all the others if you want it to count. You can play as many league games in a week that you want, but cannot face the same player more than once a week. Anyone can join or leave at any point in the league. There will be score sheets at Battleforge. For a game to count for the league, a score sheet must be completed. I will be picking up score sheets for the previous week on the Monday of the following week (so for the first week, I'll pick them up on the 21st). The Lexington Table Top Miniature Gaming group will be running its first start up event this month. This will be going on January 12th(and every month on the 2nd saturday thereafter) at the The Inn On Broadway. Times will be starting at noon & going till 8pm. Entry fee will be $10 per person to go towards room rental costs & future events we want to run. We will be running a 40k tournament at 1850 points as our main event. Demos shall be going on for Malifaux, Hell Dorado, Warmahordes & maybe even a Dust Tactics demo. We are also hoping to have a couple extra tables for people to play casual games. Our own published No Quarter guy Chris from Fallen Studios Painting shall be teaching a painting class. We supply the mini that you get to paint(or if you have some minis you have been meaning to paint you can bring those too). You do have to bring your own paints & brushes though. As an added bonus, we will have a table set up for people to play board and card games while they wait for their friends/family/significant other or while they wait for a turn at the demo tables. I thought Hoffman's card changed it to "target construct gains reactivate." I could be completely wrong though as I don't own him.
