Beginning Thursday Feb 12th and running for 4 weeks we're going to be running a Malifaux Rapid Growth League! This is a great way to get in some games with a new faction or against new opponents and promotes both the gaming and hobby aspects of Wyrd Miniature's Malifaux miniature game. You can earn achievements for simply showing up on League nights, playing someone you haven't played yet, cheating down in a dual you're already losing or even winning a game with no models left on the table and so much more! Full details on how the League scoring works, and the complete list of achievements can be found in the PDF on Wyrd's website here: http://wyrd-games.net/community/files/download/156-rapid-growth/ and there will be copies of the achievement listings on a score sheet for each player kept at the store. The league will run for 4 weeks and games will be played on Thursday nights and Sunday afternoons, each week having a different point size. o Week 1 - Feb 12th and 15th: 26 soulstones, Master-led only o Week 2 - Feb 19th and 22nd: 30 soulstones, Master-led only o Week 3 - Feb 26th and Mar 1st : 40 soulstones, Master-led only o Week 4 - Mar 5th and Mar 8th: 50 soulstones, Master-led only It only costs you $5 to enter the league and all of the entry money goes to the prize pool which will be split between the top 3 players. There's lots of points available for painting and just playing games with weird restrictions so you don't even have to win your games to win the league, you just have to come out and play!
