Those are some of the best minis in the range, they're very dynamic and I love their dynamic poses. The bases you've prepared are very impressive too. The only thing that I don't like that much are some mold lines that you didn't get rid of. Still, I'm looking forward to seeing these painted.

Took some quick pictures of Miss Terious this morning. A really nice mini and I'm glad it's a part of my Guild force now. I'm a big fan of Death Marshals (I dig their fluff and like using them in game) so I knew I was going to get her once I saw the first artwork.
I wanted to paint her in a similar way to the rest of my Death Marshals, meaning that instead of the western look from the artwork, I would be going for an almost-undead one.
This mini is actually made of 11 parts. I was surprised that I needed no GS at all while putting her together as each part fits very well. I only needed to remove a few mold lines but that's nothing unusual while working with plastics.
I've got two of them since I placed two separate orders during Gencon. I'll probably put one of them on ebay, it would be interesting to see how much people would be willing to pay for it. Anyway, here are the pictures:
And here's Miss T among other professionals.
And a shot of me taking these pictures

Nooooo, put Nathan and Eric back on the tree, they belong there!
As weird as it sounds, my first impression of the tree was that it's missing a vital element. Still, if you manage to make up for lack of the hanged with other bits like this chain, it will probably work well in the end

It's quite amazing how quickly you've put up this great looking crew, incredibly fast but at the same time really nicely done.

The bases are fantastic and the minis look great too. The only minor thing that still could be worked on a bit is Perdita's belly as it looks a bit messy but other than than everything looks great.

They do look great and I look forward to seeing pics of them painted!

Some great ideas there, HD's eyes and bases are particularly impressive. The painting is very nice too and Mr Graves is my favorite here.
-
They all look great and I do like the coherent look throughout the whole crew!

A very interesting idea with the bases, haven't seen any done this way before but I have to admit it does work really well. And the painting looks very nice too.

Thanks for the comments!
@Darios - I started with a solid layer of Chardon Granite (the pot is almost empty now, never to be replaced by a new one :Sad_Puppet1: ). After that I drybrushed the whole surface with Reaper Khaki Shadow, Pale Olive and Bloodless Skin. After that I applied several washes and glazes. Since the tree was very bright at this point, I started by darkening it with brown washes and a black one in the recesses. I also applied a few randomly placed glazes (blue, green and red) to give the tree a more eerie, unreal look.

I guess mine wasn't that huge, I just used GS whenever I felt it was needed.

Very nice, you perfectly captures his evil, twisted facial expression.

Yeah I figured if you know where to look, you'll see it but then it's not that bad I think.
I forgot to add this - a nice little song after a heavy post:
I've also finished my Miss Terious models (got two of them) but still need to add some final touches to the bases. I will post pictures tomorrow.
-
I also painted both of the Hanged, nothing more to add here as they were painted in pretty much the same way.

I haven't seen the plastic trees painted before so I figured I's start working with my Gencon orders from these. As I've written before, the sculpts are really nice with some minor things that could have been better (more texture on bark/faces).
The biggest problem was the rope on which Eric hangs as it's way too thin to support the miniature and it's extremely hard not to break it even when painting it. So I started by removing it completely and replacing it with a wire. The faces are pretty well cast but for some reason they seemed a bit too lively to me. In order to remove that impression, I painted them using a "zombie" skin tone with very pale skin that looks like it's starting to rot.
As you can see, I also added some skulls to the base (I simply glued the tree to a CD as it seemed it needed something solid to stay on).
And here are the effects, C&C are welcome.

He looks awesome and you know it And I agree with Darios, the background looks great!
-
Ropes in places of chains would be a nice touch, keeping with the spirit of the original but also giving it a more gremlinish twist
-
The skin tone and wings look fantastic. The cloak could have used more mid tones but overall she looks very, very nice.
-
I think you've managed to capture Gremlin's chaotic nature in your sculpt, their facial expressions and the way their bodies are positioned are perfect.
Lucius is just beginning to take some solid shape but it looks like you have it under control.

These will make nice additions to your crew as they fit in color-wise and the quality of painting is top notch again. The marker looks great too - reminds me I still need to do create some...
The color scheme on Punk Zombie looks familiar but I can't put my finger on it...
-
It must have made making important decisions much easier

The Alp conversions are simply amazing!
-
Interesting, I'll be following your progress on this one with keen interest.

The pictures are excellent and the painting is very nice too. It's just a pity some mold lines were left as they don't look too good now.
