Well, we just got started back up as I returned a few months ago from out of state, so the pattern isn't tried and true yet. That said, the plan is though once per month in summer and winter (December, January, May-August) and every other month during the semester (September-November, February-April)

That's right - same 50ss crew through all three rounds. It's something we're trying out for the first time this month - giving the newer players with only one list owned a better fighting chance, and those that own multiple factions a bigger challenge.

I will at Bells Comics and Cards and available for open play, hobby talk, and demo's on Sunday evenings in October from 5:30 to 7:30 at Bells Comics and Cards in Grove City, PA.

Malifaux is returning to Bells Comics and Cards (25 Pine Grove Square, Grove City, PA) with a tournament on Saturday 10/8. It will be a 50 ss fixed-faction Gaining Grounds tournament.

I think it might be best on Myranda herself, as she's the only one who can take it that also has accomplice. </ShiftyEyes> It actually makes her useful for something other than turning into Killjoy and Cerberus/Slate Ridge Mauler. Turn two (or at an appropriate later time) charge in, teleport back out sending in a Howard/Joss/Golem, which then gets to chain activate. Then again the next turn on a new target.

Solidhavok's memory was exactly correct. As a side note, you'll want to have that tome in hand already for 2 spiders without the soulstone or for 3 spiders at all. Hoping for the flip is a long shot (around 1/4 and 1/13) and there's probably something better to do with your AP if those are your odds of success.

Entirely theoryfaux, but it seems meant to exist for killy strats and schemes and I look forward to trying it out some time: Get Sparks, Oxfordian Mages, and two large arachnids. Run them with Kang from the base box. 1- If the enemy has constructs, they die to the laser fire from the Mages that you keep near Kang to use his Worker's Champion (+ to attack and damage against constructs). 2- If the enemy does not have constructs, the arachnids will use creative salvage to kill them into scrap markers (or die and drop scrap markers) whereupon Sparks can turn the enemy's big models into constructs, and then refer to 1.

So that when Levi finds a way to steal him, he can work as a babysitter.

Just a reminder that this weekend is Wyrd Weekend, and our local June tournament. Most of a Rail Crew will be offered in addition to the usual prizes.

We'll be having tournaments, with painting contests at the end of each, on 5/10 and 6/7 at Bell's Comics and cards. Both will be 50ss fixed faction tournaments, with registration starting at noon.

We'll be having our usual Wednesday night leagues every week at Bell's Comics and Cards. In addition, we'll be having our monthly tournament (45ss) and painting contest (single model) on Saturday the 22nd, starting at 12:30.

All events will be at Bell's Comics and Cards in Grove City. Wednesday nights, 6pm-9pm(ish) will be open play and leagues. Saturday, the 11th will be our monthly tournament, with first round starting at 12:30. The tournament will be 50ss fixed faction set of 3 games. There will be a painting contest at the end of the tournament.

This Saturday, we'll be opening registration at noon, with round one starting at 12:30. It will be a 50ss, fixed faction tournament. Entry will be $5, which will cover both the tournament and the painting contest. For future planning, our next tournament will be a story tournament on 12/7.
