I don't think we need one. Instead just some more horrors and go from there. Mortimer could go that way. But I don't see the point. Molly is the only one who has gone and made a niche(?) for her self. Mort is the other but he would be too similier to Nico. Maybe a henchman that CAN'T summon? and has a high henchman#. Ressers seam to be a faction that would benefit from a new player, a new character rather than upgrading some one.

I think you guys are ignoring hamlin too much. The board control he gives could do silly things with the right models on the table. Its not optimal but im definitely up for trying this out.

i Can see Nico making use of them. cb 6... Just saw the line that the cb cant be improved. That restricts them some what for him.

The autopsies are a bit situational. more of a summon against other guild crews, but they are not great. cb 6 on the pistol could be intresting for nico. but lack of corpse counters really hurt them

On a small side note. If some one said that all the marshals are the same model, Autopsis for arguments sake, would you personaly allow it?

Ok, that i like the sound of. being able to summon more of A SP makes a great boost. My only gripe is that the effigy's are not going to get much play in the faction lists (barring mysterious) McM, Nico and Seamus/molly all want horrors, and I don't see it helping kirai. But this may be intended.

to be honest. Ive never had a problem with a "Fluffy" list. Its just not the most efficient list, but a fluffy list is very fun. sybelle isnt an auto include but maybe try a proxy?

She is monster and works with every one. Every one has said the good things about her. The bad things are 1, 4 wds. No way you cut it. 4 wds is not a lot. A lot of models have min Dmg of 4 which will ruin her. 2, To get the most out of her you want her to pop out in your opponents turn. Note. If you can companion some how mid activation (im thinking mortimer) can cause an unexpected head ache. 3, You will hold a 10 to keep her around. You are not going to want to lose her so your going to WANT to keep the high card in hand. You need to weigh up whether which is more important and how likely she will bite it. Shes 9ss of wrecking ball but she is not indestructible my 2p

you want one anyway. They work really well with most lists.

I don't have DrMcM yet, but with nico is just run a list of cheep efficent guys, start with belles, crookeds, punks, and when they fall over upgrade them. I find nico is better bolstering and decaying things.

Iv'e not been playing much lately. When I get another game in ill write one up.

@Calmdown, i just don't agree. Crooked men provide great board control. yes people find ways around them, that just means you'll find out how good combat they are. The other thing is if people just use the same models because they are more efficient, people will just work around them instead. "Great" models don't always work together but most solid models synagise well with other masters.

Sybelle can be summoned, so maybe give her a rainbow dress and make bette Ms Orange? OOOHHHHH See if you can get a miss demeanor instead of thinking bette?

Keep the tactic quite open, for guild the only models that will give you trouble are executioner, and lady J. But thats what seamus is for. The executioner has a low def, so spend ss to make a good hit with the flitlock

I wrote the wiki in pullmyfinger for them and love them. They work in all stages in the game, early with shafted and in combat. No one remembers about paralyze as all you see ( and make your opponent see) is shafted. I don't brag about them just so i can keep the surprise. They would be stupidly good with levi as you can give one the +:crows to really break them midgame when your toe to toe. For 4ss i find 2 an almost auto include in my nic and seamus lists.

I dont think its worth rushing to get him out. his conditions are going to be met anyway in the game so dont stress doing them. The avatar forms are not (this is hard to describe) generally better. More powerful, but not better as you strengths and weaknesses change. EG un avatar he has high wp and a good ranged strike. Post manifest you are rellying on melee. so unless your allready amongst the opposing crew theres no point hulking out. my 2p

well, you may see that restriction now with the effigys in each group now all being dolls

The 2nd list looks more solid. The necrotic machine doesn't really fit in the theme, but molly sounds solid. Also what colour would sybelle be? molly can summon her. Maybe have her carrying the crock o gold?

Actually, its one of the few things missing from the site. How to construct a crew for a specific scenario. Id like to put forward a list as I find this the hardest part of the game to suss out for a newbi. Seamus Strategy: Claim Jump Opponent:Guild Composition:25ss= Seamus, Grave spirit(1), 2xBelles (8), Sybelle (6) 2x Crooked (8) 3ss (5ss total) Action Plan: The plan is quite simple. Move forward with either the belles screening the crooked zombies while they cover flanks with shafted markers. Use lure to pick apart stragglers and set up flintlock strikes. keep your crew close as your quite fast but can get strung out. take one objective and sweep into the other. If you need more damage trade a crooked for a punk, or if you need to sow some chaos try Bette Noire instead of the crooked's but against most crews you will out number giving you better mileage from seamus's slit jugular, onryos also help if facing constructs and armour from Hoffman. Adaptations:At 35ss, I just add Bette any way, unless I think I'm facing hoffman where onryo's will help more. People swear by hanged but I've never used them so I can't comment.
