I really like to get a good group of Vodoo dolls out especially on certain strategies then they can zoom to Zoriad once she gets up the field with Raven.

Great thread. I just picked up Marcus and have just ordered a Shikome and 2 Night terrors. Looks like I should have ordered another 2 Night terrors. I love the Siliruids, I've used them a bunch with Zoriada and can't wait to start them with Marcus. We play terrain heavy in our games so there is plenty of terrain to jump in front of or behind with them.

Not sure where you live but if you can make it out to Utah you can play me. I play Colette and you're pretty much gonna win against my Colette crew She's a blast to play, I'm just not to effective with her yet. If you can go after Cassandra or any model the Colette player is using to use soulstones just attack or force them to burn off stones, that will help shut her down.

I just started to run Colette a couple weeks ago. I just played my 7th game with her yesterday and I'm really enjoying her crew. However we have a 25 ss tourney coming up and she is on the short list of what to run. This will be difficult cause it's a 1 Master fixed list tourney at 25ss. I have no room for Coryphee on a list that small and right now just running Cassandra and some Perf/Mannequin's. Here's my noob question. I've seen many lists on here of people runnning even upwords of 3 performer/Mannequins in a crew. How are you fellow Coleete players using them? I link the Mannequin to Colette so she can do her Illusionist stuff I know that and they are good for Death Defying. But running the performer on her own is very sub-par. I seem to struggle getting the mask to I need for a spell and often when I do it's beaten. Are they generally just used as jumping posistions for Colette? Held close to Cassandra for her to use their spells? Or do you run them out in the field for objectives? And also with a tourney coming up I can use the extra stones to recruit something tougher than having an extra Performer/Mannequin on the table i.e. running Kaeris or Johan or something else. Just wanted to know your thoughts. Still deciding on if I should run them .

Very true. It seems when I run against Perdita I'm going against trying not to get tabled or slaughtered, regardless of what the strategy is.

That's rough Shadai, but again congrats on making it to the top tier. Seems every year we see some different shenanigan brought from a local group. Reminded me of a recent steampunk themed mini's game I played at our local FLGS, dusted off my models went and played and remebered how much I dislike the, I move my whole crew then you move yours mechanic. I've been thinking about how I would have played it. I know he had bodyguard but he would have grown impatient (maybe) if you just sat in your backfield and defensive stanced passed a couple rounds. Or maybe future tourney's will start having people save the bodyguard scheme till late so if they turtle up you can as well. Try to wait them out to show their hand first. It seems playing this way seriously undermines how the game is to be played to begin with.

Ok, this is just weird. I came to this forum to post a similar question. Don't mean to hijack the thread but I'm having the same issues. Played against Perdita yesterday twice in preparation for an upcoming tourney next weekend. I'm just having issues with these ranged crews. I.e. Niño and the Austringers that can nail you so far away. Even with Colette's speed your still going to take damage till you get to them. I see Raspy having an easier time cause she can camp and cast ice pillars and Decembers curse. Both games yesterday I think I perhaps got more aggressive than I should but I just didn't want to camp in my deployment area, but maybe that's what I have to do depending on the strategy. I did have an idea to run up Colette and try to turn Niño into a Manequin but the cards weren't helping. Using the doves could work. Summon a dove then try to magicians duel Niño. With Raspy I thought that perhaps running Snowstorm up and drawing in niño with his spell, and he's also a spirit so he won't get beat on too bad. The problem I was having is that he was taking an enslaved Nephlim and would obey niño then have niño would take his action and continue wailing on my crew. Not sure if any of that helped but I'm curious to see where this thread goes.

Where/how do we signup? And we need to run the same List throughout the tourney? Is that right? Thanks

I had pictured something more on a base the size of a CD. But then again I didn't think it was metal either. They look great by the way. I probably should get some work done today rather than just lurk the forums.
