I tried for almost two hours last night to make a little teddy bear. The Dreamer model is soooooooooooo small I couldn't make one to size! Next time I am picking stuff up at a hobby store I'll have to go into the doll house section to see if they have a tiny bear.

So I did some work on this tonight and have some green stuff spirits made up drying with the dreamer. I also moved it to the proper forum: http://wyrd-games.net/forum/showthread.php?p=207198#post207198 Let me know what you all think!

Hey Everyone- I posted earlier about a project that I am starting to do a little conversion to make my dreamer model a little more interesting. I decided to add some "nightmare spirits" materializing around him while he stands alone in an alley. Here is the very very alpha version of him, let me know what you think! I thought about making them complex and then thought of the movie Spirited Away at the beginning when Chihiro is running from the bath house and those black spirits are materializing. I went with a simpler, less formed look for the dreams, like they are just starting to be conceived. More to come!

I am pretty sure Pandora and Rasputina are the most popular in my area.

I was hoping we'd choose B! I can try to do the teddy bear too. We'll see, the only thing that worries me is that the base is only so big lol!

Hey Everyone- I have a couple ideas that I have been droning on to my buddies about (I think their ears have started bleeding from it) that I am crazy excited about and wanted to post the progress, questions/polls, etc.!!! So! For the first post, I will list my ideas, see what we all think, and go from there! The most important thing that I want to do is have my Dreamer and Lord Chompy Bits look like they are on the same base (have a strong continuity so it really looks like they are just replacing eachother). For this I hope to use the lamppost blister that Wyrd puts out so that it looks like the Dreamer is standing in a dark alley being the creep kid he is. Then, for the LCB model I want to have him on the same street with the lamp post in his hands being absolutely destroyed. The next thing I want to do is spruce up the dreamer and have 2 ideas that I want everyone's opinion on: Option A - Have him holding a Teddy Bear that LCB will be smashing under foot. Option B - Have him have black nightmare/spirit creatures materializing out of the ground and such around him while he is standing there. So what do we all think!! I will start posting modeling and painting pics along the way. Thanks for the input and I hope we are all 1/25th as excited about the project as I am :-)

Have you thought of Flamers of Tzeentch for Madness? Or even a chaos spawn would work. I would assume that you could get a spawn for super cheap off of a bits site or ebay since nearly no one fields them. I really like the idea of a killer $$$$$$$$$$ or bugs if you are going for what a kid would think is scary theme.

Hey All! Just got done with my first couple of games last night and wanted to get some clarifications so when we play next I'll have a better grasp of the rules: 1) Poison Vs Armor - My friend decided to play Ramos for his first box, and there was a little bit of an argument about whether or not poison wounds are lessened by armor. So, if something has Armor 2 and 7 poison counters, does he only take 5 wounds or all 7 wounds. 2) Poison - Can I keep stacking poison tokens infinitely? 3) Dreamer/LCB - When I switch them out does LCB get to act immediately or does he get treated like a completely different model for activation purposes? 4) Terrifying - Do attackers/defenders take a Terrifying check for every melee attack made/defended against for a Terrifying creature? If not, how would that work, one at the beginning? 5) Dreamer - When the Dreamer gets murdered and he does his ability to immediately summon all buried nightmares, does LCB count as one that can be summoned? I think that was all the Dreamer questions we had for the first game. Thanks in advance for the help!

Muddled through our first game last night, it was a blast but we were all making up rules the entire way! :clap: Worst part was that we are all avid 40k players, so we are hyper competitive with each other, and I think that blood was drawn at least twice lol!! Oh well, it is a blast and seems pretty quick to learn!

Hey Everyone- I just took the plunge into Malifaux with my buddies last night, saw that it looks like there is a great community on these forums and wanted to get in on it! Bought the Dreamer and will be going through the fun process of learning a new game! Hope to talk to a bunch soon!
