  1. Hello all, I had a brief foray with Malifaux back when it first started...Got most of the Resurrectionist stuff before they went to plastic and updated the rules. I'm wondering if there is some advice you could give me, or a place you could point me to where I can find out what I need to play in the current edition. Books, cards, supplements, standard points level, etc...I generally still like the Resurectionist faction best, but really like the Rat dude crew and the Dancer crew as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
  2. Hi, sorry if this has been answered...I checked the errata, FAQ, and model clarifications...but this didnt come up in any of them. McMourning's stat card states that "This model may exchange 1 of its Corpse Counters for 2 Body Part counters at any time during its activation." Does this mean he can only convert one per turn? Or can he convert as many as he wants per turn and this is just stating the exchange rate? I assume he has to already be carrying them to convert them. Also, is there any way Body Part counters would ever actually end up on the table? Since nothing actually produces them, save for abilities and spell effects that automatically transfer the counters to their respective models, do I need to actually model some Body Part counters like I would Corpse or Scrap counters? For instance, does a model carrying them drop them next to its corpse if it dies while carrying them? Thanks in advance!
  3. Agree with OP, more rank and file troop options would be most welcome. Mindless zombies and canine remains come to mind for Ressers...I dont play other factions (yet) but I see that many suggestions have already been made above. I Ordered a horde of zombies from 'Studio Miniatures' in the UK...they are on the spendy side of things ($50 for 17 zombies on Warstore), but are closer to the size and scale (I think, haven't received them in the mail yet) of Wyrd's line of minis. I went ahead and ordered the 'Hats and Guns of Malifaux' so, with some greenstuff, I can convert some of them to fit the period/aesthetic more. 17 is allot of zombies, and most I'll need on the table at any one time is 8 or 9...the rest I can fold into my Zombicide board game when it comes in the mail in August. I've also played around with the idea of grabbing one or two rank and file models from other factions and "zombifying" them, but this is lower priority for me, I need to paint models I have first!
