  1. When Wave 2 hits, has anyone though about replacing Howard with 1-2 LSA? They seem almost as Tanky, plus they have ability to turn anyone into a Scrap Counter just like Joss does. Or even going for one LSA and a Gunslinger for range support as well is an option too.
  2. But if he magged off the Spider, he would not kill it? 4 wounds, if you summon 1~2 they take 1 point of damage because of Armour. Mag does 2 Damage ignoring Armour, leaving with 1 wound left. And don't the Spiders and EC cost the same?
  3. What about starting a Ramos crew with 2 Electrical Creations, first turn you do the movement thing and kill the one Creation and create Spiders. Second turn your other Creation moves farther up, and Ramos uses Magnetism (I think that is what he uses to move?) again and basically repeats the first turn. Potentially getting you 4 Steam Arachnids for the cost of 8SS. (of course it could be 0-6 depending on luck and cards) I only ask because I have yet to play and I am just wondering if after the first turn will he be far enough up the board to start his factory of Spiders? I am used to a 4ft x 4ft Warmachine table not Malifaux's 3ft x 3ft.
  4. I have put mine in plastic sleeves like you would use for playing MtG L5R or Pokemon etc... to protect them. Also had a card set like this from Disney Land too.
  5. I would think about using the Undead Rider: He has Regen Hard to Wound/Armor or something' Plus as spirit taking half damage most times. It just wont die.
  6. Deathly Hallows I am looking at as some kind of intermission right now since it is supposed to be one entire book. I think one of the worst movies I have seen was "Ultra Violet". And I agree A.I. should have ended when it 'ended', not the additional half hour after the fact.
  7. Also I believe say if you got a Shikome that are Rare2 you can only purchase 2 for your crew. But if you summon one you could have potentially three on the table and so on as well.
  8. Nice find. The Coppelius also for some reason reminds of the monster in Pan's Labrynth that puts its eyes in the palms of its hands to see. Not quite the same but still makes me think of it.
  9. When the Seishin uses Spirit Sheath, is it transferring the Hit, or the Damage? And if it transferred the Hit, would it only take half damage [spirit]? I am thinking yes. But if it transferred the Damage I am guessing it would not be half damage [spirit]?
  10. I asked already: Kenjiro the Ronin - Tales of War minis
  11. I was thinking that too, infact I was think of Totoro http://images.imabearmeow.com/horror/MyNeighborTotoro.jpg
  12. Isnt the wording for things like this something like: a) when model A is killed, this happens when a model is killed, Place Model B in base to base contact with said model So does it not make sense that the only reason you place the SPA in base to base contact with the Ice Golem before it shatters is for placement purposes? So I guess I am agreeing with tenabrae's first point.
  13. Actually: The second Vik is a DoppleGanger that Pandora brought to replace Vik, but the sword Masaumune "Freed" the DoppleGanger from the influence of Pandora/Neverborn/Malifaux or something, and decided to tag along. There may have been some Nephlim present not sure?
  14. From previous experience in Table Top Gaming I would say that you get hit from a Blast (or even a Flame Template): * everything under it is resolved simultaneously * after damage has been allocated and models removed the Blast ends * replace casualties with Corpse, Scrap tokens, and place Seishin Spirits EDIT: Actually Ratty from what you said in another Post: *Place Blast Template *Determine damage to models hit (Seishin uses Spirit Sheath to transfer damage from Kirai to itself) *Blast Template Removed *Models are killed *new Models are Placed/Summoned *killed Models are removed Now the question is if damage under the Template is simultaneous can the Seishin use Spirit Sheath if hit because Kirai would "Die" or suffer damage at the same time as the Sieshin. If Kirai is directly hit by say Criid and the attack caused a Blast Template the Sieshin would be eligiable to use Spirit Sheath, but what if the Seishin was the original target, and then Kirai was caught in the blast would the Seishin still be able to use Spirit Sheath since Kirai was not the original target?
  15. How do you get the Ashes and Dust to move together to reform since neither one seem to have a ability to Move or Push them together? Are you using your Master some how, or do the SPA drag them together?
  16. Expensive is playing a 35pt Warmachine Game with eVlad Tier list running two Min units of Iron Fang Ulhans (about $75 for three Pewter Cav) and then wanting to move to 50pts and making them 5 man units (about another $20 per Cav so another $80ish). But man it is a fun list. This is also not including the Unit of IFP, and Great Bears, plus eVlad and Drago, maybe a Wardog too? I think that paying around $30 for a pewter Cav is fine since it is a large model, you may be paying for the weight of the Pewter, you are only ever going to buy one of them for your list, since last time I checked you cannot field multiple Unique figs. Now if you buy all three that is a different tale altogether, but still reasonable. Now GW prices I think is a whole different can of worms altogether, and I think are over priced. PP prices I think are reasonable for what you get and pay for (they charge by Pewter Weight, and difficulty of casting model).
  17. Its not a GW model, there are two companies right now that I have seen that have been making Resin Thunder Wolves for Space Wolf players. And I admit I think they are pretty Bad *ss, though I still cant get over Marines riding Wolves, but damn.
  18. I dont like your Wold Lord, I mean who puts a Wolf Claw onto a Lord, it is a Frost Fang, or ThunderHammer or get the Hell Out. The Paint Job is good, and I like the way you paint the wolves, seem to have a more Natural look to them
  19. In Canada we have Beaver Juice. And I liked Red Bull better when it came from Thailand in little glass bottles, where you were recommended to only drink one a day.
  20. Ah yes I missed the second part of that, ok then it does seem a little more useful that I thought before. And I think you would take the penalty if you had to move through cover or something since it is still just a Walk move.
  21. I had noticed that the Peacekeeper had a 1 AP ability/spell that if successful he could move 4" towards the target. My Question, why would you bother, you could just spend that 1 AP on Walking 5" with no risk of failing (cast flip, and resistance check)? If you wanted to flip cards and risk failing wouldn't you just use the Harpoon instead? I know there are ability's that would prevent moving, but then since the ability allows you Walk (which is a move) would it not prevent this as well? The only thing I could think of is if it Pushed you instead.
  22. I love your models, and paintings. But I must ask where did you get this model from, it is amazingly awesome.
