Yes, I admit: I voted for Marcus.. 5 times . Think about how hard this list is; I won't tell you. May be we are lucky and the player does not know the power-combo. I won't tell him befor And I admit also: My List is strong, but I got a hell lot of problems against that nasty Lucius/Lady J combo and Pandora (well played of course), eg. And I do not autowin; I'm playing glas-cannons; if I am affected by only one brainfart, my whole game is lost. In my opinion the Dreamer was much more cheesy when the Alp-Bomb killed everything by just standing there. The List I field now, would have been my second list, if the Alp-Bomb still worked; never ever my first pick. And if that list is sooo cheesy, why am I the only one who fields it? Am I a genius? Or the last Table Top Super-Villain, who wants to kill the game? Dreamer is solid, but you could play it in a harder combination. I think people have chosen this list, because they heard of the Dreamer and not, because they know about him.

Mmmmm.. May be the title of this here was a little bit misleading... Didn't focus on the basing of the models.. More focused on the minis, but I like to hear that you find them good (although you don't like the "personal touch" ).

Ok... The Ogre was quicker then me in intruducing himself, so I won't start a new thread... My name is Sebastian, known as Ape in the tabletop-scene, and I'm a member of Saar-Hammer, too. I'm running an Ophelia-Crew at the moment and want to start a Dreamer-Crew to have something to beat something in meelee. I'm also a 40k veteran, as have been playing that freeky game for over 10 years, playing mainly Orks and Grot-Rebels (with the IM-Dex). So no wonder I started with green-skins in Malifaux.. Our Hobby-Club is about half an hour away from the Airbase of Rammstein, so we would also welcome to have a few guests from the US to join our tourneys of 40k and (surly soon) Malifaux, or you can just contact us to play a few games for fun.

Hi there! My tabletop-community and me are planning to start a new skirmisher this winter to play something else than 40k all the time. As I saw the Gremlins (and my friends Rasputina, Teddy, etc.), We are convinced that Malifaux is the right choice, because we're searching for a game with beautiful minis.. As our local tabletop-stores don't have Malifaux minis, we are going to order via internet, and so I have to plan my crew before I played it the first time.. I'm planning to buy the Ophelia box and a box of gremlins ( as proxi for the slop hauler, young lacroix) for 30ss games. Do you think that this will be enough of Gremlins as they are always a little bit more in mass than other crews?
